update - it will let me on Firefox - just not IE. so odd.. i wonder why?
I can't use IE on the LP site either. I was able to use IE for the first order I placed but after that I could not ever add anything to my shopping cart. I finally gave up and like you, used Firefox.

I actually saw a black and dark brown patchwork bag in LP's showroom a few months ago and it looked much nicer in person than it does on their website.

I have really wanted the small dylan shouder bag in amethyst for months. I see it at the sample sale. I bought from LP at the sample sale they had in Jan I think it was . Maybe Feb. All the bags I got were in new condition. I would really be upset if I got a ripped or torn bag. Has anyone had a bad experience with the sample sale items?

I know LP inspects bags before sending them out. One time Dani wrote me an email and told me that the bag I ordered was damaged and that was only one they had and offered me a different color for the same price. I don't think they would sell ripped or torn bags even during the sample sales (maybe ones that are a little dusty- yes, but torn bags? No!). The one they had in LA last week had all new bags. So no worries there.

I have had really sticky zippers and if you look they all say sample not for sale inside of them. Then why are they selling them?!

Anyone else having a 70's nostalgia moment? My first reaction to the patchwork bags was not necessarily YUK, but rather disappointment as I had hoped for some cheery, spring colors. But, I remember this suede patchwork jacket that I had back in the day (I think I was in jr high, so late 70s) and it was totally cool.....well at least I thought it was.

I'm actually tempted to get a small speedy in black/brown...but afraid it's an impulse buy.

I ordered a small dylan shoulder bag in smoke from the sample sale. It looks perfect and a dust bag was included. I love the smoke color.

I odered the small dylan shoulder bag in amethyst. I have wanted this bag forever. I would have loved to have it in smoke too, if I could afford two bags.
