I have always liked the Dylan shoulder bags but...this version is hideous. I love the colours but what were they thinking when they put exposed zippers on those exterior pockets? They stick out awkwardly and..yuck. Good for my wallet though!

I should clarify that I don't like the new triple compartment satchel MORE than the classic med Dylan tote, just better than what it appeared to be when I saw it full frontal only. I was wondering where the Med Dylan totes were for SS 2012...I never dreamed they'd be discontinued !? So LP will bring them back by mid-Spring? I was bummed out when they discontinued the full top zip Dylan tote because I was planning on getting one. (I don't mean the fold-over version Dylan).

They also discontinued making this style Dylan Zip Tote and it's one of my favorites, while other Dylans came and went this one has always stayed a keeper -

Agreed. I liked it after I saw the side view because of the three compartments. I wanted a Dylan Zip Tote previously but it did not fit well over my shoulder and this speedy might be a good alternative. I still like the Dylan Medium Tote the best like everyone else.

Oh no! Have you tried talking to Barb? If she's unwilling I'd consider talking with your cc company about a possible dispute. Yes you knew it would be final sale but if there was undisclosed damage you may stand a chance. Shame on barb if she's unwilling to work with you.

If it is damaged I am sure she would be reasonable about it. What is the matter with it?

Hey but nobody is allowed to sell damaged or defective goods without telling a buyer first, right? They can do their Final Sale thing but they have to inform the buyer if item is defective. This is not a normal "I want to return just because..."

Your CC company should be told about this and they can dispute for you. Merchants just cannot do this (if this is what they did).
