Well on my home monitor, I think the close up shot (of the zippers) might be the closest. On my work monitor (where I am now), everything is more saturated than IRL. Maybe someone else who has seen it in person can comment as well on which picture they think best shows the true colour. It's so hard to say because of monitor calibrations ... what I see may not be what everyone else sees.

If I hold my wallet up to my monitor, the wallet looks more blue ... maybe a bit more muted than how these photos are coming out on my work monitor.

Ooh...more blue sounds nice. I have been looking for a turqoiuse that had more blue than green in it. I might have to order one and see.

I definitely don't think you will be disappointed. I can't see any green it IRL .. it's just a beautiful, vibrant blue. Very pretty!

I got my turquoise tote today and it is beautiful!! But I'm not 100% sure it is love yet and I don't know why. I tried to take a picture that shows the true shade of the turquoise and this is the closest I got:

The color is a bit darker IRL but I think the blue does have some green in it. It also depends on lighting. In some rooms in my apartment it looks more blue, and in some it is a bit greener.

Also, the back of my tote is pebbly while the front is smooth.

I ordered a turquoise speedy yesterday from endless and I just got it. I love the color so much! Sadly, I have to return it. I really love silver hardware and I was hoping I could handle the gold, but it just isn't me. I think part of it is because of the 4 gold studs that show on the side when you carry it. It is just too much for the speedy size. I wish they had made it with silver hardware because I would be head of heals for it. The color is beautiful!

Ok here are some of my thoughts about the tote:

- I expected the color to be bluer and and I think that's why it is not completely love, but the color is still gorgeous.
- I don't normally like gold hardware, but I love how it looks with turquoise. It really stands out.
- I like the front of the tote much more than the back because the leather is smooth in the front while the back is pebbly. The pebbly leather does not seem to dye as well and the top back panel looks almost dry like your skin would look if it needed some lotion LOL.
- In the front, the top panel of leather is a bit darker than the bottom. Not too big a deal but a bit strange.
- Smells amazing!!!!
- Right now I love my cobalt more, but I'm warming up to the turquoise. I think I will have to stare at it some more for a couple of days to decide for sure if I want to keep it, which is where I'm leaning right now.

piosavsfan: Sorry to hear you aren't 100% sure about your bag. Mine was pebbly on top and smoother on the bottom, but atleast it was even on both sides. Maybe it will grow on you more over the next few days. I still can't see green in mine BUT in photos it's like the green is in there. Maybe it's just my eye sight. hahaa Let us know if you decide to keep her!

sandc: Yeah, I'm a silver hardware gal as well, but for some reason I don't mind the gold with the turquoise ... I think it really makes it pop. But like you say, maybe on the Speedy with everything being closer together it's "too much"? I think it works well on the medium tote. I agree ... the colour is beautiful!

BTW everyone .. I've been using my wallet now for a few days and I really like it! I love how it zips up and that there's room for all my stuff in there. I will definitely buy more LP wallets down the road ... maybe one to match each bag? I wish!

Moonstarr, I don't think it's your eyes! LOL I've noticed that the bag looks like a different shade of blue in pretty much every room of my apartment. LOL

Edited to add: Moonstarr, will you be treating your bag with Wilsons protector? I feel like this color has the potential to get dirty super fast.

I will definitely be treating it which is something I should do this weekend (although the weather is still so crappy that it may be a while before I could actually wear it). Anyway, the only protector I have right now is Pro Treatment from Lovin' My Bags. I was thinking of trying that one - testing it first somewhere small to make sure it works out alright. I've been reading the care thread trying to see if there is something better out there though! Is Wilson's the TLC product people are talking about? I looked on their website but all they have now is non-aerosol? I was afraid to try that one ... aerosol sounds like it would be easier to apply.

I should have treated my wallet, but I was so excited to use it that I put everything into it and have been using it for the last couple days!

Oooooh... I see a new wallet in my very near future! I've been hunting for a turquoise wallet that's mostly blue with just a hint of cyan/green, but everything I've been finding has been electric blue.

Thanks for all the pics!

I use the non-aerosol Wilson's spray. An aerosol would probably give you a finer mist if you're really worried about over-saturating, but I haven't had any problems with the non-aerosol version.

Yes, Wilsons TLC is what people are talking about. I'm afraid to try the non-aerosol as well so I bought the aerosol on Ebay from this seller (4 for $16.99, free shipping)

Someone correct me if this is the wrong Wilsons spray, I've never bought it before so I went by a picture on the care thread.

The Wilsons TLC aerosol is available on EBay. A number of different vendors have it. Just look for the 10 oz cans. I just bought 4 for $17 with free shipping. I'm treating my Concorde this weekend.

ETA. I just saw you found it. Ooops.
