I ordered a Dylan Long Speedy in Crimson from LP.com and it didn't come with the tag or leather swatch. Has anyone else had this experience with LP? I have contacted customer service and asked that they send them to me but was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

It's really not a big deal, but I would expect the bag to come with tags!

Hmm, that's pretty peculiar. Could it be that it was a return? I noticed that they seem to tie the tags directly onto some part of the bag such that you have to untie them yourself or otherwise cut the leather string. I wonder if someone could've bought the bag, removed the tags, then decided to return it?

Also, just in case, did you double-check that the tags didn't wind up getting put in some pocket in the bag?

If it's a brand new bag, it most definitely should come with tags! Hopefully, LP's CS can explain, and send the tags to you. A clutch I recently ordered came without a dustbag even though the website stated that it would (they've since removed that bit on the page, though

), but Dani was good enough to arrange to have the dustbag sent to me. I hope they can help you out!

Thanks, starkfan! I checked all the pockets and there was nothing.

I guess it's possible that it could have been a return. The bag looks pretty new (though it's hard to tell with the Dylan bags...since they're washed they look and feel completely broken in even when brand new).

I've heard such good things about LP CS so I'm hoping they can send them to me! Maybe I am strange but I like to keep all the tags for my bags, especially leather swatches. And as recommended by other TPF'ers, I tie them to my dustbags so I can see right away which bag is inside!

I got a leaf long speedy and it didn't have tags or a swatch either...nor did my LP wallet. I was kinda bummed...but didn't mention it to CS.

I guess it is hit or miss then. I just received my leaf long speedy today and BCA wallet, and both have tags and swatches.

that happened w/ my amethyst dylan large speedy - Dani told me they dont always include them; to which I said, I have always gotten them w/ my "new" bags. Get my drift...

With mine, I could tell it had been used, hopefully yours is new and they just forgot to put it on.
