wow, I would have thought that the bag was emerald if I hadn't seen the seams on the zipper. So odd that the color turned so uniformly.

Wow, yeah, that's definitely dramatically darker. My Turquoise Croco wallet has turned a tiny bit darker since I got it 4-5 months ago and started using it, I guess, but it definitely hasn't changed so dramatically.
I'm glad to hear that they'll take it back for a full store credit refund, though! If the change in colour has really upset you so much, I think it'd be best to send it back to them and accept the store credit. There may not be any bags there now, but as long as the credit doesn't have an impending expiry date, you can always look out for a style that catches your eye, or use the credit on multiple smaller goods that you like too. |

The same thing happened to my croco. I am so disappointed because I loved the color when I got it and now it's just kind of blah. I had happened to take a picture of mine when I first got it so here is a before and after pic. It doesn't look too bad in the pic, the flash makes it look brighter, but I actually think in real life it looks as dark if not darker than yours. I may have to contact cs as well.
