Default Anyone know LP's customer service EMAIL?
Does anyone know the email of CS at Linea Pelle? I couldn't find it on their website. I did send in a message with the contact form on their website regarding the torn lining on my croc wallet, but a week has gone by and I still haven't heard anything back. I would like to send them pics. for them to see. TIA!

I sent them a question through their contact form on the website last week also and haven't heard anything back from them either. I wondered if maybe it was a sign I didn't need what I asked about anyway.

They are horrible at answering messages. I contacted them a month ago and have never heard back from them. Very uncool.

tejava, I've PM'ed you! I'm not sure if it's okay to put their customer service email address here, since they don't have it on their site, but I'll PM it to anyone else who needs it too.

Also, this is why I hate it when websites don't put a real email address for customers to contact people! You never know whether messages submitted via these contact forms actually get to anyone, and it's not that easy to follow up either... I sent in a message about receiving emails and whether I needed to add any email address to my contacts in order to not have them filtered out as spam (same thing happened with Ideeli and its emails), but they never got back to me. A minor issue, to be certain, but it cemented my dislike of these contact forms!

Yes, I would love their email address too. I also have contacted them through their contact form over a week ago and heard nothing. Not cool.

Wow- this really surprises me. I've contacted them via the form before and had a response in 24 hours - and by phone no less. For those not needing to email pics of a problem, why not give them a call? Their CS via a phone is well regarded.

I hope everyone's issues are resolved/questions get answered!

Kooba...I have called and got an answering machine 2x. I didn't leave a msg bc I felt safer having proof via emailing through the contact form. But I will go ahead and try calling.

KoobaMe, that's intriguing to hear that they've replied promptly to your message left via the website form before. It's kind of strange how there seems to be an inconsistency. I definitely also second your recommendation of calling if possible, though (for all brands' CS too), but it's not always the most convenient option for non-US customers!
