Thanks Stormy and congrats Tejava! I'm hoping to see the Samantha in person at LP's next showroom sale. Then I'll be able to test it out without risk of no return.

Anyone get a shipping confirm yet? It's very odd I haven't yet since they always come very quickly. I am beginning to wonder if they oversold.

I placed my order on March 11, made a mistake in shipping address, wrote to CS about it, then on March 12, I was informed that my order has been shipped, and since it was in the same state, so the package already arrived my friend's house this morning.

Thanks for the link Stormy.

Does anyone have real life modeling pics? Would love to see what this bag looks like when not "professionally" photographed.

mawygrrl23: Thanks! This bag really needs more recognition. It seems the handle lengths are alright to be carried over the shoulder. I love it!

Thank you so much for posting these!

It seems to have no problem fitting over the shoulder !

Hmmmm, time for me to make my decision!

Mawy she looks great on you!

I have a Samantha satchel in black as well, and I love it! The leather is wonderfully smooshy and the coverd studs are so unique. The only drawback to the bag really is that I have to be careful how I arrange things in the bag so I don't have weird bulges poking out in the front (because the leather is so soft). The side pockets are super functional and perfect for phone, keys, lipgloss, etc. Highly recommended!

This is when a purse organizer comes into the picture! I ordered a black samantha, too, I hope my purse organizer will prevent the drawback that you mentioned here.

I am drawn to this bag as well but I do worry that it wouldn't be comfy to shoulder carry. While I often like the style of handheld bags I find them inconvenient, I'm used to hands free.

I see the dijon is on sale here -
