To return or not to return... SOS!!

Ok lambies. I am thinking about returning a couple of .... l.a.m.b's.... dun dun duuuun!!

These are the l.a.m.b's in question

1. Trenchtown satchel... i am so afraid to carry a handheld bag with so much white!

2. Glazed love red asti... those marks that are on it bother me to no end! And when i took the bag in to nordies ,the sa seemed like she could care less. Even pointing out that the marks looked like "holes in the leather"!

... And telling me that i "got such a good price for it, i wouldn't want to return it". I was done talking to her at that point. I was with my gram, so i was very NICE

. I didn't get to go gangsta' on her! lol.

3. My shadow westfield (eBay)

And all of this so i can have more money for, not only l.a.m.b, but some RM MAB TOO, cuz i am definitely getting me some of that! hahaha.

What do you lambies think???? Much advise appreciated

I understand your reservations about the Trenchtown...I have been the same way with my Portmore. But the bottom line is a) I am not carrying her b) there are other bags I would rather have. I am a firm believer in using bags, so if you are so paranoid about the satchel that you can't even enjoy her then take her back!
As for the Asti, if there are "holes in the leather" that is even more reason to take her back.

The Shadow ..... I don't know. I passed on it for the longest time and consider myself very lucky to have been able to get one later at a decent price too. So that is the one I would think you should keep.

But really everyone's tastes are different. Only you know which bags mean the most to you so if you'd rather have other bags then go for it.

Well i have 2 shadows right now. The westfield and my montego, which is a keeper btw! So if i get rid of my westfield i still have some shadow. I guess i just got over my westfield, sad but true. Oh and i still have my shadow accessories. Except for the french wallet. I carry to many things in my wallet so i could never use it.

And the red asti.... *siiiiigh* I love that bag. And it doesn't look like holes to me, maybe dents...? Small ones. Or pen marks. Still, it was pretty pricey, even being on sale for me to have any doubts! It's just so pretty though!!!

As for the satchel.... i still have my portmore so.... i guess i'll live! lol

I just want to make the right decisions and not jump the gun on anything.. KWIM?

I wouldn't keep anything that you're either not going to use, or don't feel the absolute

Any flaw in a bag will be bothersome, no matter how great of a deal it was. You can find another if you really really want it. They have been popping up on the bay...

As for the westfield - if you have a montego and you use that one more...get rid of it. Anni sale is just around the corner and you can always find some new lovin'

and that MAM....

If you aren't loving them anymore, you should probably return/sell them. I'm sure there's something out there you'd love more.

IMHO, Keep the Asti unless you absolutely, positively cannot live with the marks. If you get a chance, post a photo of it!!

That said, that bag is so gorgeous and such an attention getter. On the days I am not feeling my best, just getting my red asti out of the dust bag and wearing it takes my mood up about four levels!

I've been trying all freakin' morning to get a good pic of the marks. I thought i had a good camera but apparently it sucks ass! lol. I tried without the flash and it looked blurry. And now i'm trying with the flash and you can't see it. I'm gonna go sit outside, maybe that will help with no flash.

I want you guys to see the asti's marks... So you can tell me what you think. Just talking about the mark is pissing me off.

I guess that should give me my answer but.... i really do love the bag!

Does your camera have a setting for shaky hands? I forget exactly what it's called but I do my best closeups on that setting using the macro button.

^ Idk...lol.... I need to look at the manual i guess. I have no idea where it is though. I tried to keep really steady, but still nothing. I have a polaroid digital camera, 7.1, and it's pink. That's why i bought it, cuz it's pink! lol.

If it's 7.1 I'm sure it has the motion setting and the macro setting. Check in the index of your manual.

Since you already have Shadow, maybe sell that.

The Asti is just going to keep bugging you. Return it and I'm sure within a few months they will be all over eBay and you can get a better one.

The only thing I'd be iffy about is the satchel. If it weren't for the white would you be carrying it? If so, then maybe keep it and use the protector tricks from the other members. If it's more than just the white or if you are hesitant on your answer...then return it since you already have some Trenchtown.

There will be new L.A.M.B.S. coming and you will forget all about returning/selling these three!

I have a question too. I am thinking about putting my chloe edith on eBay...what do yall think. i havent used that big in i dont know when...all ediths look alike..its jade green, thick thick leather..yall know...its just collecting dust and i could get some good money for it, but its CHLOE!

How long have you had it and how long have you not been carryingn it? Do you think it's just a "phase"? I was thinking of selling my Damier Speedy 30 because I hadn't carried it since December but then I realized that it's because I consider it a Fall/Winter bag. Now if I make it to Fall/Winter and still have no desire to carry it then I will sell it.

Do you think maybe the color is just out of season for you? When you pull it out and look at it do you have any desire to carry it? Are there other bags that fit its purpose that you prefer over it? Those are some of the questions I always ask myself.
