The stitching on the zipper on my Walderston Calligraphy Rose is unraveling. Does L.A.M.B do repairs? Is it free like Coach or do they charge for it? Does it matter that I bought this bag at Winners for half price?

I'm not sure they perform all types of repairs but I did find this thread regarding someone at Schifter & Partners you could try emailing. The thread is older too so hopefully Jennifer still works there.

Thanks Cheryl. I'm going to Holt Renfrew today (where I bought a L.A.M.B. bag, just not this one) so I'll ask there if they can recommend anywhere I can take it. I'd rather not have to package and mail it (especially out of the country) if I don't have to, but I'll also try Schifter and Partners.

Holt Renfrew would have sent it in for me if I'd bought it there, but since I didn't they recommended a shoe repair place (for those in Toronto, Walk and Wear in Yorkdale Mall). He did a fabulous job (I've lost track of which side had come apart and I can't tell the difference). It only cost $18 and he did it while I shopped.
