Well, i got to see the anni items last night at Nordstrom... finally! I didn't like anything! The sa tried to sell me on the l.a.m.b, talking about "her new stuff is amazing", "Everything is so gorgeous" blah blah blah... lol. I was like this girl thinks i don't know whats what. lol. I just said no thanks. It really doesn't interest me.

The only thing i liked was the black and blue combo. And that was on a wallet.

What i really loved was that burberry bag!

Does anyone know what time the Anni Sale will start online?

Edit: Just checked with Live Chat and they said 12:01 am. I'm going to brew a big pot of coffee and stay up for it.

I may skulk about at that hour to see if there's anything I want. Or if I am up early enough, just head over to Nords at 7am. lol

I couldn't wait. I've got a Purple Treesje on it's way to me and a really cool sequin jacket in a slate color. I am going to be shutting down girls at school! ha ha ha

I think the only thing that its decent looking is the clutch wallet, but I still wouldn't buy it! What happened to this year's anniversary sale!! Sucks much?! Yes indeed

I fell asleep and then woke up at 3am. Didn't see anything I had to have, and went back to bed.

Not liking those new LAMB bags at all. The blazer is cute, but the ruffles on the front will make my chest look HUGE! LOL

I already got my Nordies notes from the anniversary presale.

So I'm going back next week to pick up more sale items...I know it's bad...

I like the lamb blazer, but the color pattern is so similar to the Spring 2004 blazer which I already have. I am going to hold out for a good sale on it. Lamb bags are all leather so no go for me in that department.

I know many retailers may end up with samples early on to shoot their stock photos, but I thought it'd create problems for buyers expecting to receive exactly what they saw on the web site.

I guess they're not "major" differences... or are they?

Noticeable differences: 1) The zipper pull isn't that leather tab with the "L" stamp, but is the interlocking L square pull. 2) The interior "L.A.M.B." patch does not have the gold foiling and rectangular outline as shown. 3) Obviously, the front nameplate doesn't have that cute lamb engraving. In reality, it's all plain and dull text with a lot of wasted space.

Is it just me? I could've sworn the 'Tourmaline' color had a chartreuse greenish trim instead of orange. Do I just have a bad memory?

I got the sholder strap tote in Anthractite today for $259.00 it was mistagged with the wrong sale sticker. At that price I could not resist.

Congrats on the score! That's an even better deal and I would probably buy it for that price, but not a penny more.

I like the Martindale- the leather looks YUMMY! But I agree with Csalt that the plate does have wasted space. The bags could use a little bit more details that we have grown so used to.

the leather is super soft, even the pvc is soft, but it's just lacking style. to me, it looks like the nordstroms own brand bags.

for the $300 and up they want, they need to have some style, or at least something distinguishing, IMO.
