Default NEWBIE looking for L.A.M.B. clutch!

Hi ladies, I've been browsing through and looking at the wonderful bags from the picture thread~ and i saw a particular clutch that i was VERY interested in ...~ i think this might be the "name" of it -shadow montego? (it's the greyish clutch with mint stripe running in the the middle)... I'm not sure where i can purchase this ~ but i would very much appreciate it if someone can help me out (or PM me for stores that currently have these in stock). Thank you!

here's the picture: from MISS NOVEMBER's collection (which is awesome by the way!)

Hey fashion1sta! The clutch in question is called the "carlisle clutch" and the color is "shadow". It's beautiful, i actually had one and returned it. The shadow is pretty much gone now, unfortunately. eBay is probably the only way to go at this point. So sorry!

My friend is in the same boat. She kept saying she was going to get a LAMB bag "in a little while"... Then she finally saw Shadow and went crazy but by that time there were none to be found. I agree that eBay is probably your only shot at this point. But keep in mind Fall bags are around the corner

n00b question - When did the Shadow print come out and any reason why it's so hard to find now? Was there just a limited amount made?

We don't know for sure but it definitely appears that there weren't as many Shadow made as other prints. I also think this color was purchased by shoppers a lot quicker than other prints so it's probably a combination.

I want to say it came out around early December (2007). So it's been out for a while.

I think I got the last shadow commodore from Nordies & I'm starting to feel guilty ... the colors are great, but I'm not sure if the commodore style will work for me - the used Rowington I got from eBay and the newer Pavia's seem to be a better fit for me shape & size-wise, so I might want to look around for shadow in another style. I'm trying to decide if I should return it or what; I've never sold on ebay & the ebay forum is not a place to give a new seller the warm and fuzzies right now. So far I'm holding onto it, but it's a tough call - there's zero chance of my seeing LAMB actually sold within 2 hours of my town, so that figures into it a little bit, too.

I have seen the Shadow clutch pop up on eBay occasionally, so for you, that is definitely an option, just decide in advance how much it is worth for you. If I splurge on a clutch style, #1 is the smoke that has the detacheable shoulder strap & #2 is definitely the striped Trenchtown Manchester, with the BW checkerboard carlisle, green ombre & shadow all tied at 3rd. The clutch is a gorgeous style in almost any print, actually.
