Hey Lambkid, I am asking for Harajuku Lovers perfume, but I mainly want the free gifts (I already have the big and little bottle set, heh). I hope my parents get it. Like I saw the watch with purchase of perfume on the weekend with my mom. I was all excited and she did not look impressed. So I am hoping that means I already have the watch coming to me.
Speaking of the Twilight books I am on the second one about three chapters in. I keep wanting to read but I don't have spare time and when I do my sister wants to have this huge conversation, ugh.
I was just telling my co-worker about the horrible experience I had with my sister's beauty salon. I went in to get my hair a bleached. My sister use to bleach my hair all the time so I thought piece of cake, whatever. Well the lady bleached my hair but I could not stand it. It was burning so bad, that I was crying and having a fit for her to take it out. My sister apologized to the hair stylist about the way I was acting. When she washed it out I thought she did a bad job because I could feel it crunchy in my hair, well it ended up that it was not the bleach it was dry blood. I had the chemical burn or whatever they call it, my scalp was all red dotted, and then a few days later my hole head was flaking dry skin. It's been two years since I bleached or dyed my hair. Sorry to bore everyone.
The End

Do you guys remember the Rasta Alston I bought off ebay a few weeks ago? The seller of this Mandeville is saying it's a fake (or they think the Alston is a fake)
http://cgi.ebay.com/Authentic-L-A-M-...QQcmdZViewItem

I fixed the latch on the pocket in less than 1 minute.

^ I saw that listing - she just doesn't know her LAMB!

And all this talk of hair - I really really need my hair cut! I actually asked for a gc to the salon for Christmas. I really need to hack off all the layers and just go old skool straight so I can get out of the house a bit earlier each morning. When I told the hub that I was going to do this, i got the worst stink eye! (he always wants me to keep my hair long). SO, a bit sneaky, but with the gc I can get my hair cut and can tell hubby that HE technically paid for the cut so he can't complain when I come home with my hair three inches shorter!

Indi - I got the shirts from the author Michele Serros. She was a guest speaker at a student conference recently, and before the presentation she held a "private chat" with the faculty - she was selling them. I know I've seen them online as well...hold on:

Here's the author's site where she sells them:

Just emailed her and told her that no 'luxe' LAMBs have been faked and that the the pocket latch not closing on the og Alstons was just a design flaw, prompting Schifter to come up with the handy magnetic closure. I guess I could have kept my mouth shut, but I'm in a pissy mood today and ignorance should never be tolerated. Or LAMB sh*t talking. LOL

I'm glad someone set her straight! She didn't/doesn't know what she is talking about!!

Ate lunch today w/ my hubby at Buffalo Wild Wings and believe it or not it was our first time going there actually. We give it a ! The food and service was awesome!
Meanwhile- preparing for Christmas and I can't wait for my BE Commodore! Hubby said he'd lock it up in the truck so I wouldn't be opening it before Christmas!! LOL! It's gonna kill me, it's also going to kill me if it's not here in time......

Ha! I love it Miss N! I wanted to email her but I didn't know what to say without coming off like I took it personal because I am the one who bought the "fake". But what really cheesed me off was that she is putting out false info about L.A.M.B. Thanks for the Lambie beatdown!!

Edit: the auction ended with Buy It Now. Someone got a nice Mandeville. And I am just stuck here like a schlub with my fake Alston :) LOL

I agree, I saw that and I was confused on why she put that in her listing. It sounded like she wanted to be helpful but she didn't know what she was talking about.

Kick back and relax!!! Okay, I know we don't have much sun around here right now, but you get the point. I was counting the days until I was done (grading finals!). My last day was last Wed, but graded until Monday and posted final grades. I'm off for a looong while too!!

L - where you going to school? (okay not to post if you don't want to).

Hi everyone! Thank's for the well wishes. I'm feeling a little bit better, not 100%yet but close.

Tomorrow is yas's b-day. We were going to DL but I don't know now. The weather is so cold! I'm so not used to it. We might just take her to chuck e cheese (so she can run around), we were supposed to have her a party but this month happened so fast. Plus I don't want her to miss out on her b-day just cuz i'm sick. We shall see what happens. <3

Ok I haven't caught up on everything yet so now I will see what's new in lambie news....

I finally went to Nordstrom to get the LAMB fragrance gift set (I want that rasta box! hehe) and hopefully get the free LAMB bracelet but they didn't have any. I should have tried Macy's but the mall was already closing.
