Wow! I've only been off from here for a couple of days- lots to catch up on!

To ALL OF YOU- Thanks soooooo much for all of your thoughts, support, prayers, sympathy, and words - we are not alone out here. Hopefully all will get better somehow.
I am doing better now. I needed some time I guess to adjust and just chill out! I was a wreck there for a little bit. I've done my part for filing for unemp. and have also found that there is some $$ due to me. It is VERY possible that I could have that money in time to do Christmas shopping. It will help out a lot! Most bills are caught up at least and the housepayment is done.
My hubby needs some stuff for the saltwater fish tank that we have (it's his hobby) so that's on his Christmas list. My son wants some PS games. And I want a LAMB and I am willing to settle for a Rocksteady (I've been looking already so I will find the best deal possible) since they are actually cheaper than the Remix, what I originally wanted from the Music line in the first place, and also not much different anyways from the Remix. I've told my hubby that and he has given me full "permission". I explained that the bag is made from lamb leather and will last me for years........ So, having said all of that:
Being with family is most important. Christmas will happen somehow, even if it's just one gift for each of us- everyone will have what they wanted. As for everyone else that we shop for the list is actually pretty small b/c mostly it's the kids that are bought for and they are usually easy to please. It will all work out somehow- just got to have faith!!

UPDATE!!! I just checked and.............. my owed (deserved for all the BS and hard work I put into that co. for 4 years!) $$ is on its way!!! It's more than I expected!!!! Christmas will happen!!! Just got to have a little patience for the funds to post! Hubby will have what he wants, I will have my LAMB, my son will have gifts, and so will everyone else we need to shop for! I will be watching like a hawk for those funds! Just had to share the news! Hubby isn't here so I will tell him later. He will be happy, too! I'm just sooooooooo relieved at the moment! I've been praying!

Congrats legsie!!! The Rocksteady is just as gorgeous as the Remix! After Christmas presents are always just as nice too!!! It's so cool you'll be able to get one of your wishlist items crossed off too!

^^Thanks all! I will be dealing w/ E-bay though for my Rocksteady. There's one that I want that I'm hoping it will be relisted since it was most reasonable in cost and FREE shipping! I sent the seller a message and explained how I'd pay blah blah blah and now I am crossing my fingers. I've had the best luck when I've been honest with sellers (as I always am b/c I would want the same respect back) and the seller is all positive. I wish I wish I wish!

Aw Legsie that is absolutely awesome! I am soooo happy for you!

Bentley I can totally relate! Several years ago I went to a new salon recommended by a friend of mine and sat in the waiting room for TWO HOURS because the chick forgot about my appointment. On top of that she teased my hair so big it was almost touching the roof of my car when I got ready to leave! AND she put spritz in it which I told her not to do....I don't like anything in my hair that makes it hard or unable to comb. At least you were happy with your hair when it was done so all was not lost.

Legsie, I am thrilled for you! <3

Bentley, im so sorry. I can feel your rage on this.

I went to get my hair highlighted (it was a long time ago before I could do it on my own) and cut once, i was probably like 16 or 17, anyways, The guy took so long doing my hair cuz he was chatting with all the women in there, I was there until after midnight! I was pissed! Then to top it off apparentely he had some situation with his hot water where he couldn't use it after a certain time!!

There I was sitting on this f**king chair with bleach on my head! He saw the anger flowing over me I guess cuz he just kept talking and talking and decided to wash my hair in the COLD water anyway's!! I was pissed! I just kept saying "I don't understand why you would not only take your time, but have any appointments late when you know you won't have hot water"???? He tried to come up with some lame excuse about the pipes but that didn't excuse his ass!

I didn't tip him nor did I pay full price of what he wanted. My hair did look good the next day when I washed it and dried it but still.... there was no excuse for him.

Thank goodness I don't go to a hair salon to get my hair done - I used to hate those long hours of just sitting there with my hair wet. My mom's friend who's a hairstylist does my hair at his house, whenever he's not working at the salon. What's awesome is that he's really obsessed with fashion. It's kind of fun when I'm there as we get to discuss handbags, clothes and shoes - he owns quite a collection of Betsey Johnson shoes.

Cell phones can be an essential pain in the butt! I had to get a new #! And I'm still waiting to be able to use it! I've been w/o my phone for almost a week. Been driving me, hubby, sis, and friends nuts b/c we all rely on them. Sis and my friend had to "hunt me down" at mom's just to find me b/c my phone wasn't working. Sis freaked out when she tried to text me and it told her that she was "blocked" and for a sec she thought I did that to her on purpose and then thought no way there has to be a mistake. When I caught up to her I explained the whole mess. Ugh!

So it rained allllll night long! It's so cold and my outside kitty went back outside and now he won't come in. My other cat is asleep in my bed all super warm. Lucky! To top it off, I think i'm getting sick. I've been sneezing since I woke up!

Whoever said it's alway's sunny in california lied!

Aw....well at least it won't be 19 degrees there tonight. We are in for snow tomorrow which sucks because our Christmas carry-in at work is tomorrow and I'm ready to EAT!

Legsie, who is your cell phone carrier? That is ridiculous. The most it should ever take is 24 hours and even that is long.

Lambiepie, it is nasty and raining here to, we had snow yesterday. I am working on my Christmas cards.
We got our family pictures taken last night and they came out really good. We went to a place called Portrait Innovations and they have high tech printers there so you get your pictures in 30 minutes instead of waiting a few weeks.
