Hey everyone!!! It's been a long time since I posted. Hmmm It's been a long time since I bought a bag too. I was doing really well until I saw the Batik Chapleton on Zappos.
I have 3 Walderstons so didn't really think I needed anymore in this style cause I have a love-hate relationship with satchels lol. Anyhoo.... I am a huge fan of two-tone accessories so when I saw this cool black and white pattern with the tan straps I just fell in love. The best part? It's not just black and white. It has a really faint beige color running through the pattern as well. And even better it has a strap!!!! When I get tired of carrying it by hand I can throw it over my shoulder! The strap completely sold me!
Cheryl24 was kind enough to pm me when Bloomies put it on sale. AND there was an additional code posted in the Deals and Steals section. I was out of town without computer access, but thankfully Bloomies has a very iPhone-friendly website!!
Here are the pictures of my beauty. I love it even more in person and the strap is super comfy!! I wish I could add straps to my other ones!
And here's a mod shot of it worn different ways. Please excuse my super shiny face.... it's been a long, hot day!
Fantastic post Knasarae! Thank you so much for posting additional pictures of the bag and for the modeling pictures! I fell in love with this bag the first time I've seen it, and you've confirmed my love (and want) for this bag! Furthermore the bag looks FIERCE on you, and I just ADORE that gorgeous floral dress you're wearing! I'm so happy you were able to find a good deal on it as well, we're so fortunate to have sweeties like Cheryl in the L.A.M.B community!
I have a question; is the bottom of this bag structured or could it easily be pushed down like on the newer Williamsfields to create a slouchy saggy look? Kinda like how some people wear their LV speedies?
