Has anyone bought LAMB or anything else from them? I was wondering about legit-ness, customer service, shipping times, etc.

I know they had some LAMB watches and shoes last week.

there were watches and shoes. I didn't find the prices or selection that great. But I do see things every now and then that I'd like. I just wasn't sure about them. Oprah mentioned it. So I was thinking it was o.k. to buy from.

I got an email inviting me from Lucky Magazine I think. I joined a while ago.

Someone did last week. It's in the Ebay and deals thread.

It wasn't that great. I think they don't accept returns either so unless you know for sure about the shoe style & size it might be a gamble. They weren't super cheap.

I have seen some of the watches that they had cheaper on ebay.

I looked it over when I saw the post here and I get emails from them all the time about different things. I just hesitate buying a bag or something big from someplace when I don't know anyone who has or I don't know anything about them. The site is pretty vague about things.

thanks for the info :-) I'm a member of ideeli but I dont always read the emails lol, I guess i need to start. That's too bad about them not taking returns, i guess you could always sell on ebay if it didn't work out?

i have bought a lot from them. the customer service overall is really good. if i get a bag from there that is defective or scuffed, i just email them about it, and they have sent return labels and taken back any time i had a problem. also, i even cancelled an order one time, no problem. nearly everything i get is in mint condition, sometimes a little bit of scratches, etc. but it's a sample sale, so i've accepted it. if it's an unbearable flaw for me, i have sent it back and gotten a full refund.

i didn't post the sale last week, because it is an invite only thing, and i believe they frown on promoting those sites on here.

you can do a google search and find invites to the site, also often on the bottom of the sign on screen on ideeli will be an invite code right on the bottom of the page.

well I'm a member of the site so I wouldn't have been looking for an invite. They don't let you post invites but you're allowed to post about sales just like we did for Gilt and hautelook a couple months ago.

Good to know thanks!

My cousin ordered a couple weeks ago and hasn't received her order. She's kinda frekaing out since she spent a couple hundred dollars. I look but haven't bought so I didn't know what to tell her. It does say they may not ship for 10 days. She's impatient.

my hautelook and Gilt ones each took about a month to get here lol...tell her not to worry. Sites like this usually don't have the merch in stock, they have to send all the orders back to lamb, lamb sends them the stuff, and then they send it to you, so it can take a while. The only thing that might happen is the place emails her and tells her they dont have the item (meaning the over sold or lamb under shipped) and at that point they'll refund her

yeah, it takes a few weeks to get the stuff. if you email them, they'll let you know if it shipped. usually you get a shipping email with tracking number, but if i get impatient, i've emailed and they write back as to when they expect to be mailing it.
