I just purchased a L.A.M.B on ebay for $199 I saw it and loved it so I swept it up right away, now I am afraid it is too good to be true because I can't find this bag on other sites.

I know this is a no-chat thread, but just clarifying the links:

Happy_land: the bag you got is a Marley Hill in Lipstick Saddle and is more boxy in shape. It's a very rectangular bag and was not as popular as some other styles.

The other two links you posted are the same color, but a different style. The other two are the Mandeville, and is the classic satchel for LAMB. The Mandeville was highly popular and is no longer made with the details as in the original lines - and as such, can gain a much higher price.

Check: www.lambcollections.com and select "lux" on the left toolbar, and
Holiday07 for the differences in these two bags.

Well, I got confused because on the listing it was listed as a Mandeville satchel

Hey all, I just purchased a Saddle Alston on ebay, and I have a question about the interior enamel nameplate. There is another gold decoration surrounding the turquoise plate, and I need to confirm that it is indeed authentic. For what I paid, I certainly hope it is.

It's authentic. You just got one of the rarer Alston's- some of them came with the extra detail around the name plate. Congrats!
