^ It's real...I'm pretty sure the donegal stuff never got faked but I'm not positive.

The bag in the pics is definitely real, and since the seller has good feedback I doubt they would steal pics. Good luck on the auction, that donegal is super cute!

Calling all LAMB experts, is it just me or is this bag NOT the real deal?

I might be wrong (and PLEASE tell me if I am because I would HATE to accuse someone incorrectly), but the L's in the background don't look right to me. On my Manchester they are more silvery than gold!?!?

^ It's real. The Trenchtown bags that are out now are a new series, a repromote of the old collection. They are basically the same bags but the old ones had gold L's and gold hardware and the new ones have silver L's and silver hardware. I had to do a double take when I saw the pics of the new ones and go check out my first season one to see what was different.

OMG, I am so embarrased! I just went on Nordstrom and their Trenchtown has gold L's too! Maybe it's my Manchester that's not the real deal or maybe it's just the lighting when a photograph is taken. Either way, I feel terrible because that bag is probably authentic and I didn't do my research first.

Thanks kwitthyy! I think from now on I will ask questions instead of making assumptions. I am still so new to LAMB! Good to know though because it's a great bag and I think I might want it! Have a great day.

^ The pics on the Nordstrom site are definitely not updated...those are the same exact webpages from a year and a half ago when they first came out. I think it confused a lot of people.

^ Don't feel bad! I think it was confusing enough that they decided to reissue them! I think most people don't realize there is a tiny difference.

Evening ladies and ... uh ... gents? I just bought my wife yet another L.A.M.B on the fly hoping that it is authentic, however I don't know the style/year/name or if it's authentic, but it sure looks good and I think she'll flip in the morning. Can anyone help?! Paypal will protect me if necessary. Grązzie.
