Default Unsure about recent purchase

Hi there! I've been lurking around for a few months, never actually posting, but learning a lot!

I recently discovered Kooba, and won a Carly on eBay two days ago. I never had it authenticated here (in hindsight I should have) but I was pretty sure that it was authentic.

I was getting ready to send payment this morning, but first I searched for some new listings, and found a different seller in the same location, offering the same purse, for the same price, in the same condition, with similar pictures.

Now I'm sort of worried that the seller is selling fakes. In every auction, she has the buyer's ID set to private, which is sort of a red flag, except that she has good overall feedback. But I'm wondering since she has a liberal return policy, people have just sent items back and left positive feedback to avoid trouble.

The purse I bought is here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=290239635294

The similar item is here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=220249582101

Any advice/opinions would be greatly appreciated!

149.00 for a new Season bag is a little suspicious. I don't like the looks of the inside of the bags either. I wouldn't have bid on this bag. I can't say with 100% assurance but my guess is it is fake. Knowing this bag is so highly faked makes it hard to buy one on eBay. Look at all the Carly's on Ioffer...

Am I going blind, or is there white (contrast) stitching on this bag? I had thought there was supposed to be tonal (matching) stitching on these bags. To compare, check the bags at Saks.

Lexie2000, what about the interior of the bag bothers you?

I am uneasy so far.

I guess I would send the seller a message through the eBay channels if you don't want to pay for this bag and why. That would at least maintain a record. You could offer to reimburse the listing fee.

I sent the seller a message this morning, asking her if she knew anything about the similar listing. She said it "must just be similar." I replied, saying that I was uneasy about the transaction. She hasn't responded yet.

Does anyone know if the lavender color was made without the gold trim? I know that they are made in all black and all silver, but can't find an all lavender one.
