I just got my first Kooba on Monday and had to write a review - I am so in love with this bag!

I got myself the Natasha in graphite from Saks Off Fifth, and have been carrying for the last few days - it is pure love.

The shape is great and I love the ease of converting it to a larger size. The wide straps are super comfy, and it is one of the few shoulder bags I own with two straps where one does not slip - yippee!

I know some of you Kooba enthusiasts are not a fan of the thinner leather on these newer Natashas, but I think on this metallic one the leather is wonderful as is. I love that this is lightweight for being a larger bag, and it is super smooshy and soft. So far it seems like the metallic will wear better than some other metallic leathers I have seen - time will tell for sure, but so far, so good. I know wear is inevitable on metallics, but I think due to the texture on this leather it will still look good even if it distresses.

I have attached a couple from my cell - excuse the picture quality! It looks not quite as shiny IRL - just a beautiful subtle dark pewter grey with an almost-glimmery shine. Love love love it!

GP, you lucky lucky girl!!! She's stunning! I love the Natasha and is the one style that I think NEEDS thinner leather to keep the weight down. Of course, I adore the purple, but the graphite is my next love. Going to be totally obnoxious and ask price? Will you PM me? I love this beauty!!!! I have bag money at the end of the month if I keep behaving, and I have my eye on two Bonanzle loves, but Natasha could actually boot Ignes and LV to the curb (shhhhhh...don't tell)...LOVE this bag from way back!!!

Sure, no problem NC! They had this color and the blingy-er silver leopard at my Saks Off Fifth - this one was $419 and the leopard was more, I think. They were having an extra 30% off handbags so it came down to about $290. I am a little grumpy because I got a coupon in the mail for 40% off one item starting the 29th, but oh well! If you can find a Natasha at one near you, even better deal!

I have liked but not loved several Kooba styles, but this one just is amazing. In fact, most bags I own (regardless of brand) I have minor quibbles with that I deal with because the rest of the bag (looks, function, etc.) far outweighs the little annoying stuff, but this bag has it all for me! Super soft and smooshy leather, great looking, fits a ton, lightweight, nice interior organization, easily convertible, comfy to carry... it is a great bag.

I'll try to take better pics this weekend.

That color is GORGEOUS! I've never been very attracted to the Natasha but I do love that color. Maybe I've been missing something all these years but not trying her out.....hmmm.

Greenpixie - it looks beautiful, I love graphite! Sounds like got a great deal too, that only makes it sweeter. I'd love to see more pics! You know I'm fine with the leather on my Rachel and I was able to inspect some Kooba's in person while on vacation this week and they looked great to me, not too heavy when I tried them on. I'm loving the newer styles, more so than the old ones.
