I don't have that bag but I have the Kooba Rachel in the same leather and I assure you, the leather does break in nicely and becomes softer, in which case, I imagine would omit the squeeky issue of the handles.

I have been carrying this purse and I LOVE IT. I do not notice the "squeaks", probably cause I can only hear all the snow under my feet!! I bought this online at Bloomingdales and I got it for a steal. I also have the Vanessa in green suede, if I could figure out how to upload a pic I will do it.

how does this bag feel to you? does it feel plastic coated? i have a coach patent hobo and it feels rubbery but not sticky. i dont have any stores that carry a wide variety of kooba. nordstoms seems to be a bit low lately.

It is a gorgeous color. I've seen that bag IRL and it's that new glazed, crackled finish. The Rachel would look great in that color but I don't believe LB honors discount coupon codes on Kooba, Minkoff, Treesje and a couple others, names of which escape me now.
