I recently bought a Kooba (at Marshall's!!) very cheap! I was so surprised and jumped at it. So after having in for a couple months I recently saw that where the handles are held there is a piece of leather across the handles with two screw-like, silver nobs. well one fell off!! and the inside part of it is inside the lining of the bag! no way i can get to it unless i rip a hole in the inside lining of the bag. also at the bottom of the bag theres 4 feet like screw things. same as on the handles, and one fell off as well!! i look at it and you can tell the outside part screws on, but well, it fell so now i dont have it. anyone experience this? what can i do? where can i take it to get it fixed?? i obviously cant return it!!

I haven't had this experience with a kooba bag yet but I have a leather coach purse which had a similar issue with the hardware on the straps falling off and I took it to a local cobbler and he contacted the company and was able to get a match to the others and repair it for me. I cannot even tell there has been a repair by looking at it. I'd highly recommend at least taking it in to a local cobbler/shoe repair and seeing what they say!

PS: I cannot BELIEVE you found a Sienna at Marshall's!!! I never get that lucky, the best I ever find is Liz Claibourne :P

Kooba at Marshalls! Did you see anymore and which Marshalls was it? I hope it was not an isolated incident (the sighting that is). I could use another Sienna as back up.
