The only place I've seen it recently was ShopBop. I don't think Revolve, AE, Pink Mascara or any of the other usual stores have it. I don't know of any current discounts for ShopBop either. Maybe look at eBay as well?

Thanks! eBay hasn't had a listing for a new blue Elisha in a while. I'm tired of waiting for one to show up so I'll be purchasing it over at ShopBop. Thanks for the heads up!
