Saw this at Nordies today ....

Sigh. It was gooooooorgeous. I can't find any codes yet. Looks like I may have to pay full price - ick. It would be my fall splurge.

I saw it in black crackle patent, and this patent caramel. The black was lovely, but nothing special. The caramel looks much more expensive.

This is a bag which I normally wouldn't look at twice online, but it is to die for in person. I'm kind of sold on the side long pockets (zippable). I always carry a water bottle with me and it is perfect for that. I also thought this would be a great one for Mommies with all the pockets.

Then again, on Luna Boston, they have the Amethyst (which is currently sold out). Also very pretty, but I like to go more basic with my handbags. Especially ones at this price.

Thoughts? Opinions?

I just received this bag yesterday in the mail. I really really like it ... but unsure about the color as yet. Remember this is the bag that I wasn't initially attracted to, and I really wanted a gray/black bag for fall.

The color grew on me. Hubby hates it.

Anyway, still deciding if this is my fall bag.

Yeah it's heavy. But not as heavy as other bags I've owned. It will be my work bag to hold journals, papers, a small makeup bag, and the like. I might switch it out on the weekends.

I love love LOVE the side pockets that stick out. I'm a water bottle addict, and I find that the pockets are PERFECT for that - which also makes me think it would be a great baby bag.

i LOVE the blake have the stone and black just gorgeous in the leather so soft IS THE CARAMEL SHINY soft and smoochy...??? it looks gorgeous! wish it was on sale somewhere

I have been eyeing the Blake and WILL BE GETTING ONE. I love the Caramel one the best too, eyeing ones out on ebay and will try to get a hold of one. I always have water bottles with me and those side pockets are just perfectly built for that. I just bought a Gustto Setela (haven't gotten her yet waiting for it to be shipped out from BlueFly and it is taking forever IMO) and I hope I love her as much as I have liked the look of the bag. Here in Indiana I really have no where in my area to go and feel these kinds of bags in real life, people here all get their purses from those stupid purse parties, I mean most people, there are a small pack of those that loathe when we see someone carrying one of those fake ugly bags with pride.........

. I mean seriouldy how ignorant can one be to think they are getting a real bag, a have a close friend that bought a Dolce - the minute I seen it from the leather it screamed fake and as so pebbled, not to mention it was one of the huge bags that would cost a lot and all leather and she paid like $150.00 for it, please.......irritating. But anyhoo I will be getting a Blake sometime here no matter what I have made my mind up after months of debating on buying one. I also want to see what the Brady looks like..........

Hi Kbeejbee, I think the size of the bag will be fine for you, if you like carrying bigger bags. I am only 5'3 and very petite, small lady and I carry my huge big bags all the time. I just love the way it looks on myself. If you take a look at young hollywood they are all carrying the big bags and tons of them are on the smaller side. IMO you should rock the big bag and love it but you still have to do what makes you feel comfortable or it will bother you. Go to a department store and even if they don't have Koobas try on some of the bigger similar shaped bags and see what you think. I think you'll love it, I care less that I am so small and have such a big bag. It's so funny hubby and kids will talk about how big my bag is but then when it's time to go here or there who do they give all there stuff too - me - to put in my bag......

hey Kbeejbee, I am 5'2 and weigh less than 110. I just received this exact bag in the mail today. Yes, it is big. It is bigger than any bag I have ever owned but I LOVE IT. I switched purses as soon as I got it and just on my lunch break, received probably 5 comments on it. It is def a bag that gets noticed! I will post a pic as soon as I get home tonight so you can see what it looks like.
