I actually have three more ... a floral embossed chestnut, a distressed raisin and a smooth expresso.

Hi, nunnla! It's good to see you back in the Kooba subforum as one of the regulars! It's been rather lonely in Koobaland these days. I remember your thunderstorm story from a while back. Your Sienna is gorgeous!!!

Was the textured Bourbon colored Sienna a part of the group that frayed? I bought one in the Bourbon color but haven't used it yet...

Any of the heavily pebbled Siennas (Black, Teak, Raisin, or Bourbon) had that tendency. It didn't happen to all of them but integrity of those whipstitch laces seem prone. I'm not sure if there is any way to stop it. Maybe some kind of sealant but it would make your straps feel funky.

Lexie is right. Seems like it was the distressed ones. I saw several that did that, most often in the raisin color. I was lucky that mine didn't do that. I sprayed it with TLC and have only carried it a couple of times. So far, so good.

Speaking of which ... has anyone noticed that you can no longer buy TLC in the pump spray at wilson's online? Can only get the cream, which isn't nearly as good in my opinion. It changes the color and texture of the bag whereas the pump spray didn't. I sent them an inquiry via the "contact" link but haven't heard anything back yet. I'm hoping this is only a temporary thing. Thanks for the kind comments, Rose.
