You picked some amazing bags! Congrats! No, we don't think you should treat them to start, however, if you do, please make sure to test a small, inconspicuous part of the bag prior to treating the entire bag. Because many of our leathers are naturally tanned, rain/water marks could appear on the bag. Try to stay out of the rain, but if a mark does appear, please take the bag to your local dry cleaner and they can offer some good suggestions. We're very excited about the shoes coming out this spring!!!

How are you? I know there were rumors floating around tPF about us bringing back some of the classic kooba styles....well, they are right! The Sienna, Frankie and Scarlett will be making their REdebut in December of this year to celebrate kooba's 10th Anniversary. I'm sure you will love them!

Great to be back! Yes, the footwear looks amazing! Lots of great wedges and flats that just aren't in the market right now and they look so kooba! We've received great reaction so far.....when we get closer I'll be able to share some pictures! YEAH!

Hi Ask Kooba...

Will the Sienna and Scarlett be made in the same thick quality leather it was in the earlier years? The leather is what made these bags so I hope quality leather wasn't skimped on. Newer Natashas came out in a thinner less desirable leather thatn the originals so I hope this isn't the case.

Wow, a few things have being going on here since I last visited (which have been way too long, but this forum was crumbling..)..

Thanks to Ask Kooba for letting us have some direct contact and be able to ask our questions..I'm beyond excited to hear these old beauties are being re-introduced, still have my two Siennas and my Cognac Marcelle..

Hi Ask Kooba,
I have the lovely purple Lola. It was lightly raining when I was walking to my car and now I have rain spots all over. I had sprayed waterproofing on the bag before I took it out. Has this been a problem with Lola's? I sent it to BagBorrow's refurbishing area and they tried, but no luck. Any thoughts? I Love my bag

Eeeek!!! This is my most favorite Kooba bag to lust after that I don't have!!! It will be interesting to see what happens....I am so sorry for this!!

hi,

i love your bags. i have been looking at them for a couple of years and have yet to purchase one. i have always ended going with another failsafe brand because of all of the negative things i have read when reading different sites like this. (there isn't a dealer in my town so i can't actually see one in person) i really want the Ada bag in terrain i saw and almost purchased it when i saw something on fakes. i just can't afford to spend a few hundred dollars and not know if something is real now. how old is that bag, have there been any of these that came out this year? i read that some of your retired bags are being brought back. has that happened with this one.

anyone else out there who can help, i would appreciate it. thanks.
