o.k. thank you very much. unfortunately i only have my razor phone to take pics with. here is the auction number but i dont know if it will still show up.
300095296050. the seller only posted one pic but i asked for more and she sent them. i will post her pics now.

http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r...711/4e95_2.jpg

unfortunately those are the only pics that she sent me. but she did have great feedback and swore it was real and that i could get a refund if it were fake. i know it has a wonderful smell of leather. i just don't think i can get this authenticated w/ pics and her pics don't look anything like my bag that i received. my bag is not shiny like her pics portray. anyway after purchasing i took to neimans and they said they were'nt allowed to say if it was real or fake and the Saks i went to does'nt even carry kooba. i mainly want to know because if i ever decided to resell it,i would not want to sell a fake and if it is fake then i want my money back. thanks for all your help !!!!!

^use your camera phone to take a pic of the zipper pull for us from a side view, we need to see if it has the proper progression from thinner to thicker

and try one under a really good light i have hte razr too and with good good lighting it can usually take pretty accurate pics

but def do one of the zipper thats an imp. thing for us to see! :)

In the original auction, the tag looks completely blank. I've never seen a tag like that.

Here's the link:

I think the bag looks good. I had a black Ada and it wasn't real shiny. Is there anything else that would insinuate that you didn't get the bag pictured in the auction? We really need to see a pic in natural light and a side view of the zipper pull. The bag generally looks like the bag I had but I don't like how she answers the question in the auction. She says if it is fake she would refund. If I was asked that question I would say it wasn't even an issue because the bag was real. But she looks like a reputable seller for sure.

I totally missed that tag issue. What exactly does that tag say? Is it from a department store? Is it indeed blank??? And was that tag on the bag you received?

Good eye Rose!

The leather looked good to me, also, the feedback is good, but the pics are not the greatest & the wording on her auction sends up a flag:

"Will refund if the item is incorrectly listed"

What the heck does that mean? The buyer has tried to have it authenticated, so where does she go to make sure she's purchased an Ada?

I'm hoping that tag is just a store tag & all is well.

It seems she is trying ot protect herself....from something. Saying she will refund twice within the auction if the bag is incorrectly listed or fake. That seems like overkill unless it really is.

I looked at her other auctions. No Koobas. Just an assorted lot of off brands.

Here shortly i will take pics of the zipper pull from the side and the tag it came with. i wrote after i received the bag and wanted to know where she got it. she said she received as a gift and knew it was real. she said she just put that tag on there. the tag has the kooba design on one side and on the other is a white background w/ writing. i will post later what it says. there was someone on ebay who does kooba authentication and finally after purchasing the bag she got back to me and said it was fake. but she did not give any reasons. i was thinking it was real until she said that so now here i am again trying to get it authenticated. will post soon. thanks for yalls help. yall are great !!!!

Is it a good sign or a bad sign, if the zipper pull is varied as above?

Thank You

its a good sign :) this is how it should look (this is the inside of my authentic kooba) see how the farther out end is much wider then the end closer to the actual zipper?! :)

Good luck.
I asked, and I got no reply, so I take it, he is either not wanting to take the tissue paper off, or he is hiding it!!!!!

Or am I just being suspicious.

well unfortunately it has been cloudy all day so i can't take good pics but i did look at the zipper pull and it does progressively get thicker just like the pic posted above. i have heard about the zipper pull but no one but lexie ever mentioned that it was from the side view.lol. thanks. now a question i have is i saw a pic of a tan colored ada on this site and on the bottom it does'nt have the studs across the bottom of the purse but just one on each corner....my black ada has the studs all the way across the bottom. is that right ? should'nt it be the same design if its the same style? why should the style change because of the color?
