I think your Alex will be fine Bessie. I got mine from BlueFly too. Just don't pull off the BlueFly plastic band until you inspect it carefully. You can't return a bag that has the band pulled off. Once again, I hope this wasn't a return. My friend bought a bag from BlueFly and there was wear on the bottom and some trash in the inner pocket. But mine was perfect.
You are going to L-O-V-E this bag. Wait till you carry it a few days and the leather becomes the squishyest softest texture. I would recommend 5000% Wilson's leather protector. I had a Italian Salad dressing Misshap with mine (and all of that oil!!!) and it washed up without a spot on it. I don't think that would have been the case if I had't used Wilson's on it.

Oh goodie, Bessie got her pink Alex!
We were all hoping she would see it and know you'll love it. I've got the Daniella in a beautiful turquoise and the leather is so nice.
Pictures please, when it arrives!

Ebay, of course! The gal listed Daniella w/o pics but described her well, so i used BIN and was very pleased. I do need to use a protectant on the leather, cuz it's still a pretty light color.
I'll try to get a pic up soon!

^Wow, that Sienna is gorgeous. It looks like it's in such great condition for being an "older" bag!!!

Beautiful Sienna, but I never could get what sellers mean by " gently used with tags". The tags look like they're still attatched, even.

So what did they do, wear them with the tags, or reattatch?

Those tags can just be slipped on and off. I have sold bags that are used that still have the tags and I have even put them back on the O ring. As long as I have explained it's used.
This bag is a great deal so far. No one wants a Cognac Sienna in smoooooth leather?
