I picked up a nina in slate at the Saks in Birmingham Alabama today for $170. They had two left. They also had the jillian in black for just over $200 (I think like $203). They had the phoebe in brown and the Mckenzie in a deep chocolate color for about $103.00. They may not still have them tomorrow, but it would be worth a call to see if you are interested. The Jillian was TDF! Seeing them online, I never imagined the leather would be sooo soft, but it was scrumptious!

The Off Fifth at Arundel Mills near Baltimore has floral embossed Siennas in the brown color and Carlas in chesnut on sale for about $230 - $240. They also had a white Carla and a few chesnut Gingers for about $300. And a couple of what I believe is the Lucy for about $275. The Lucy was in white and a pastel color. I am heading to one of my local Saks today and will report what, if anything, they have left from the sale!

I just called and they gave me the 4 day sale discount on my bag. 327 turned to 262. I'm psyched!
They said delivery date is due July 26th. Is shipping usuallly this long for NM? |

I'm excited about the NM sale
, but its going to force me to make a decision about Jillian earlier than I planned. I wanted to see the new fall line before deciding.Lexie, that shipping from NM seems a bit long to me. I'm on the west coast and fed ex ground from NM has usually taken about 5-6 days. The Marcelle I ordered on 7/11 is to be delivered on 7/17. |

In future this sort of fabulous sale news will go straight in as a new thread, since it's big and definitely important news for all Kooba fans.
Lexie, thanks for the heads up re the Frankie. I've spent a fair bit on Koobas just lately (as you know ) so I'm gonna have to resist this deal. So glad you got the discounted price on your Jillian though. Youngster, you really should consider getting the bourbon Jillian early, it's a great price, although perhaps it will force eBay prices to come down because demand will be lower (hopefully) in the next couple of months. |

Mini, I'm thinking about that bourbon Jillian. Very very hard. It's just that I have 4 bags on the way now.
3 from Hayden Harnett's huge sale and 1 Kooba Marcelle that I bought from NM a few days ago. It's likely that I will return at least 1, possbily 2, of the HH bags but still . . . I think I need to slooooow downnnnnn. Maybe.

I think the Jilllians are going to be harder to find soon. I wouldn't dare wait until the end of the year. When all the sample sale bags are sold and NM gets rid of their stock, everyone will have gotten theirs and no doubt keep them. There may be a few show up on ebay from personal collections but this bag has had such a renewed interest, waiting may leave you out.

Hi again ladies!
I posted in the wrong section to authenticate these. Could you guys lend your expertise and let me know what you think of these? I thought they weren't authentic because I have a heavy pebbled leather sienna and this one was completely different. Now I'm thinking this is just an older one, and I owe the seller a major apology. Can you help me out? Thanks! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

That Sienna looks like the Pebbled version of the Teak Color. The leather is too varied to be fake I think. It just doesn't seem as pebbled as my Teak Frankie did but that pebbling is going to be different on every bag. It's an odd bark-ish brownish kind of color, right? Looks good. I can't get a good vision of the Lena. Is it suede? It's shows in 3 different colors on my screen so I can't figure which one is right. The zipper looks good. From what I can see it is okay too.

^^Thank you
The leather is nice - the pebble is just super small compared to my other one. The lena is a light green - sort of loden green. Here is a pic of my other Sienna in teak - way different and why I doubted that ^^ one's authenticity. ![]() ![]()

Wow, that is a big difference and I can see your concern. Seeing them side by side makes ne rethink it but I doubt very highly they faked a Teak Sienna. Is the color the same on both? And the zipper is good. The leather is quite different though but we have seen that on some Jessies. Some pockets are almost smooth compared to the body. Does the leather texture vary from part to part on the Sienna in question? Or is it Cookie cutter?
