I don't wear mine a lot lately since I'm in school and work all the time and I found when I do wear my charm bracelet to school, that I always take it off before the class is over, it's cumbersome to try and write notes with! But, I do wear it out and about, even if all of my charms are retired. I found that with the beanie baby craze, I never enjoyed the ones I had, since I was always told to be careful, they might be worth something one day, etc etc, and now they're worth squat. So, I guess after collecting something for so long and never really enjoying them, I decided to live on the edge and use my charms! I don't wear them a lot, but, I don't care of they get scratched either...I'd be mad if I broke one, but, I'm pretty clumsy, and they've held up well!

On a side note, i just got the perfume atomizer from Bloomies online! Can't wait! I've been wanting that one for months, just never bought it, and Bloomies is having 15% off today so, I took advantage of it!

Oh, and Bloomies as quite a few on sale right now! The code is fashion in case anyone wants to get some! It says it ends tonight, but I'm not sure if it's 12 am EST or what!

digby, which atomizer did you get? I have the triangular shaped one. I can't wait to wear that baby! I was thinking of this for a theme: Atomizer, Corset/Bustier and a black high heel shoe!

Golden - I got the triangle one too! I saw the squarish one, the newer one, but it's just not as cute to me! I'm trying to make a very girly charm bracelet, so, this will be on there, as well as my black high heeled charm, I have the pink cupcake that I might add, and I also got the yellow teddy bear that I will probably wear for now. I want to make it more girly, but, I don't like the nail polish or any of the bag charms...they're too big. It seems we are on the same track though, since we have 2 of the same charms for our potential bracelets!!

Lol...I had the Melissa loafer in pink and sold that and then I had the triangular perfume bottle too and sold that one also.
I tried to keep only the ones I loved and while those were cute, they just didn't speak to me.

I remember the compact but haven't seen it around lately...I never saw it in person though, I'm always weary of buying charms if I don't see them in person since I ordered the ice cream one about 2 years back or so from an outlet, got it and hated it, and I loved the pic of it! I guess I figured I don't want to take my chances anymore unless I can hold it in my hands! I will def keep an eye out at the outlets for it, maybe it will pop up!

Hoka when shopatbella.com is back up check there - I believe they had the pink version. I think the orange version is still on a couple of websites (try Neiman's, Nordie's S ak's, Bloom's, etc)

I so agree with you GLL! I used to save things for special occasions and not use them. Then I started to realize that I was getting rid of things that I had saved because they no longer fit, were no longer any good...etc. And I hadn't even used them! Now I wear whatever whenever, and use everything! I do have a few charms that I really like and I don't wear them as much as the others. I cannot wear them on the bracelet. I always end up taking it off because it is just too heavy!

I am glad to hear that I am not the only one who was having a problem with shopatbella. I wanted the light bulb, then got busy and forgot about it. When I tried the site again I could not get anything!

Raquelle ~ congrats on the coconut drink charm. I keep going back and forth about getting it. I guess I should wait since I am not really sure.

Orkira ~ Your collection really is growing! I love that little silver snowman! I have him and bought the silver necklace and bracelet just to wear him on. One of these days I need to buy some more of the silver charms. I like silver better, they just are not as cute.

LV, I ordered the orange Melissa Loafer from Neiman... When it arrived it was pink! I wasn't happy since I'm not a pink girl per se. Later, I rec'd a phone call from Neiman apologizing and saying that I could send the pink one back free of charge. Of course since they didn't have an orange one I kept the pink on though I was miffed. I eventually acquired the orange and love it! But now the pink one if I'm not mistaken is a little hard-to-find.

Sweetwon, my Mom had some china that belonged to her Mom. This stuff is OLD but beautiful. It hasn't been used since my Mom was a little girl. When my Mom passed, I got that china and I purposely left out a tea cup, saucer, and plate for myself. Every now and then I pull it out and I'm sure to eat off that plate or drink a cup of tea out of that cup. It makes me feel close to loved ones I've lost. I just don't understand not using what you have. This china may be worth something but I'm eating my hotdogs on it!

hey digby, what about the "diamond" ring charm, or the jewel box or chest? the lipstick, or the chandelier? daisies or roses? and of the candy charms? those are all really girly i think and would go nicely with your new addition - congrats!

oh, and thanks for the Bloomies info. darn the luck, i signed off last night before seeing it, and i wanted that daisy bouquet too. i looked today and there is a promo $25 off of $150 but can't spend that much right now.

GLL, i like your idea with the china. it really is silly to keep our most beautiful prized items hidden away. spend all that money and then use them twice a year - you're getting me thinking now!!

Bellavino - I've been thinking about the daisy's...I really adore them, but my problem is that I think most of the charms are just too big and really weigh me down! I've got to wait a little while anyways, I've gotten 3 charms this past month and I'm supposed to be saving for my Euopean trip this summer lol. Any other charms will probably have to wait until the end of March or early April, which sucks, but, oh well! I'll keep my eye out on the charms though, I might have to grab 1 or 2 if I can get a good price for them! I just hate paying full price for them, or for anything for that matter!
