Thanks dragonette and dollover. Yep, dollover, the Palm Tree & Sunglasses would have brought that theme home but believe me the Headphones are big and I was already having a hard time making those three cooperate.

Here is the Petit Four that comes with the purchase of the Juicy cologne. It's done in silver. I'm a gold girl and think it pops better with gold but I wasn't about to kick a charm out of my collection: (notice the "bojankey" clasp)

Hi guys! I think we will need to move this to our Chatter box since it's really a chat thread. We hadn't paid much attention to this one or the other thread until people started complaining about some of the posts. If it's a chat thread, it needs to go, just like the other forums.
If you want to make it a resource thread w/ minimal chat, we can clean it up and leave it here.

i'm going to have a hard time choosing which charms sis will ship to me first. nope, she will not ship all of them to me at once!

ps. i find myself wishing we had a jc subforum.

hi swanky mama! i guess we are neither here nor there in a way... we can't help but chatter since this is the only thread we jc charm addicts gather in, but we always veer back to charms regardless. i wish we had a jc subforum where we could have a chat thread separate, as well as thread about deals etc. right now, everything is compressed into one thread.

adding:

there is also a lot of good info on differentiating fakes from authentic charms, discussion on fake sellers to avoid, good sellers, sales from web stores, as well as who has gotten what new charms etc all compressed into one thread... so it's not just chatter. it would be awesome if we could organise the info somehow, even though all of us who post in here are used to following the entire thread...

I think Juicy Kinda needs it's own category! Like Coach, LV, etc. Everything does kinda get compressed into one thread. It would be great if we could clean it up and organize it, have a shopping section, eBay section, authentication section, well, you know! The collectibilty of the charms seems to be growing and also the number of collectors. Plus, everything Juicy could go in the catergory including handbags! I have to say that the old thread was a great place to get information and I would be completely lost without it. This is really the only reliable place on the net where you can get information regarding the charms, aside from Cedes blog! Sometimes, if not most, we do get OT, but I think it's due to the amount of info we try to cram in here? Anyway, that would be nice... hint hint!

GLL - Thanks so much for posting pics of the green headphones! I love them paired with the microphone... hoping to add those to my collection sooner than later!

Please please don't take our information away! we have saved each other from so many eBay scams! and informed each other of really great deals that we would not have taken advantage of without this thread! Also we are pretty sure Juicy is reading our thread

As for my favorite charm, hmm...of the ones I have, I'd say the pineapple or caviar jar (even though I don't wear it ever). Of the ones I don't have, the roulette wheel or slot machine!

GLL- What a cute theme!

Swanky- I agree with dragonette, this is mainly for charms but we do tend to veer off slightly sometimes. But if one were to go back and look even at the old thread, the majority of the chatter was about new charms, old charms, who to buy from on ebay, what stores had sales on charms, new charms people purchased, etc. So it was basically a thread about charms with times where it would veer off. I'm actually a bit surprised that anyone would actually report posts from here besides the obvious ones from that one user this morning, other than that, ever since the thread was opened, everyone seemed to mesh very well and enjoyed posting.

Though if a Juicy forum were to be created where we could centralize ourselves, I don't think anyone would object...there are several threads here in the Jewelry box that are Juicy related, not just about charms but about their other jewelry items as well (I think they're even stickied in the resource forum!).

Swanky ~ Please don't edit our thread. We actually do have a lot of useful charm info. I know we sometimes get sidetracked, but we always come back to the charms we love. I have found a lot of useful info in the old thread about charms people bought, sales, and ebay sellers to avoid.

This thread is actually counter productive if you guys are wanting to lobby for a JC Forum. Vlad adds forums when there's lots of SEPARATE threads for a designer. You guys posting pics, deals, etc. . . all in one thread makes it look like there's not enough need for a forum
