Tinkerbellx, I also have never seen this model (but I am learning more every day). It looks like a good bag. Is there a model name that you can look up? When I find a new JC bag I like, I put the name in the search engine box and look for it. A lot of times I see an older cached page from a well known retailer that has stopped carrying the style or whatever, but the search engine will find the outdated info page. That helps me get a feel for what it is supposed to look like. If you like the bag for a bag (I mean if it were not JC) then consider buying it from that perspective. I do have to say ONE thing though. I have read on many articles that the inside pocket of ANY JC handbag that has the "J" zipper on it THAT ZIPPER IS NEVER PLASTIC. I am not saying with 100% certainty that it is not authentic, but try to see a good picture of the inside of the same bag if possible like I said on another web site. I am learning JC stuff EVERY day (was at Nordy's today asking about a bag I purchased on ebay) but to my knowledge - THE ZIPPER MAY BE A CLUE.

PrincessMe, I am so glad I saw your post, that says it looks like the JC bags that you have. I really want to know if I was misinformed (which is possible). None of my JC bags have plastic zippers. I suppose that could have changed based on outsourcing to China but I cannot think of ever having seen a plastic zipper. Do yours have plastic? Also, Nordy's was helping me today and said that the pink tag numbers should match the retail bar code numbers? I looked but did not see any matching numbers in any of the tags above.....did I look in the wrong place?

I would vote NO. "Juicy" written on the front of the bag has uneven cutout. You want a smooth writing like the one in the picture below. Compare it with the picture in the auction.

Also, the chain with the charms, etc. has the wrong link shape. The real ones have elongated link shapes while the one in the auction pic has more rounder shape and is smaller. Compare the pic in the auction with the pic below.

If I were you, I would walk away from this auction...

I have not seen as many leather fakes. Smartbargains, as you said, has it for 79.99, add the 12% discount for new customers and it will come close to the price of this one AND have added perk of peace of mind?

I did some research this morning and wanted to post a few ebay Buying Authentic Juicy Couture guides I have found helpful, but I didn't want to do something that was against TPF rules.....Am I allowed to put actual names of guides (and who they are written by - for easy reference) on TPF? They helped me....just wondering :) I have 3 saved, ready to roll!

I hope it is authentic because I bought one from the seller and I should receive it soon. I will post pics when I do.

I wanted to buy it from smartbargains but it is sold out there now. SO mine better be real.
