Thank you for your help. I left the seller a neg stating "Counterfeit. Check the tag color code guide. Most sellers items are fake Juicy". They left a reply to my fb stating "FALSE ALLEGATION Items 100%Authentic See our flawless FB from other happy buyers". They have sold lots of these fake juicy items (and have more listed right now). They had 100% positive fb until I left a neg.
I can leave a follow-up comment. What else should I say to convince other potential buyers from falling for more of the fake juicy? I don't think most people will take one neg too seriously with all the other people they have fooled. Should I leave the link to the color code guide? Or let it go and not leave a follow-up? |

I don't know if I would go so far as to link the color code guide. You might be giving the scammers information that they otherwise may not know about. Maybe you could advise potential buyers to have the items authenticated before purchasing or state that you had yours authenticated with a negative result. Ultimately, it is up to you. |

Help Authenticating Juicy Bag
NEED AUTHENTICATION: JUICY COUTURE Black Fluffy Satchel
xxxx no one is allowed to post links to their auctions or their seller ID here. Received an email from a buyer: "I received the black juicy couture fluffy bag this morning. I was really excited in getting the bag, you provided such good service and you were really prompt and whilst the bag looks great, after much research on the web, I've realised that it isn't authentic after all. After some research on the web, I was able to confirm that in an authentic bag "The inner label is in neon pink with "Made with Love P&G” or “Have a Juicy Day Love P&G" on it. The inner label in this bag does not have this at all!!!" Can you help with authenticating this bag for me? I will send her to this link. Any helpful information will be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you!!! |

It's authentic. JC recently changed the inside tags to that lighter pink. |

I'm going to be honest- 1- More photos are definitely needed of this bag, including the interior, and any tags. 2- The seller is evalueville and from personal experience they aren't very speedy at all when it comes to communication and questions regarding their items. They sell A LOT of JC bags- which most have seemed to be authentic, they are just not that great at communication or showing a lot of pictures in any of their auctions. Usually there's maybe 2 photos and they aren't very clear of the flaws that the auctions speak of. Most of their bags do have a little flaw or something. But the lack of communication- ick.  If I were you I would try to find this bag through another seller and see if they have better pics of the bag. 3.- The BIN price is good- if you can get more pics from them and have it authenticated here before the auction ends. No problem. I think you are making a wise choice. Though maybe others have had good experiences with the seller, I haven't. Just keep the bag in mind and maybe another seller will have it.

No, not authentic at all. The obvious point- the J on the heart mirrior is comepletely sloppy and skinny- authentic JC "J's" on the mirriors are nice, thick, and even. |
