It's tough to say without seeing better pics of the attached tags and the tags on the clothing plus the zipper pull and better pics of the graphics.

Zabdullah: The zipper pull does not look right to me.. the shape of the zipper (not the J, but the top part) is really different and does not look the ones I own. The tags look off too. Is there a graphic on the hoodie? Maybe take some pictures of the entire hoodie and the pants...

munchkin: the cherry bag looks good to me! Not sure about the blue one though... I'll need more pictures since I'm not too familiar with this style.

Princess....My only question would be the "Brand New" part....When Claiborne bought the company, they changed the tags....Those are old tags. So, it's either a fake, or not "brand new".
