You should email the seller first and see if he will give your a refund. if not file a paypal claim and then escalate it so paypal will review the details and issue a refund.

I just emailed the seller and she responded that she will not give me a refund. How do I file a paypal claim?

No, I don't have any other pictures of the purse right now. I haven't gotten it in the mail yet, but when I do I will post them. It's being sent Priority and she sent it out today, so I should have it within a couple of days. Will post again when I get them!
Thanks!

Thanks tinkerbellx. Although I am heartbroken over my Juicy being fake, I am in the process of going through PayPal now with a dispute for the seller to refund my money. But I am having a hard time finding someone to professionally authenticate the purse. Do you know who does this? Thanks for your help.

You don't need to have your bag professionally authenticated. Email the seller and nicely ask for refund. 7/10 times they will do it. If not after filing a paypal claim, be sure to escalate it, so paypal can decide what to do.

Well, we've already passed that point. I had emailed her in the beginning asking for authenticity, because a stranger told me it was fake. I never heard from her so I filed a claim. So we are at the point where Paypal is reviewing both sides of the dispute. They just said that I may be asked to prove that it's a fake. So I am a planner and was just trying to stay ahead of the game. lol

Hi
I have just received a Juicy Beach bag I bought from ebay see Link: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...MEWN:IT&ih=002

I'm pretty sure it's authentic. It is really lovely and a perfect large, roomy size ideal for my holiday in 4 weeks. However when it arrived it is a bit grubby (as you would expect I know it's been used) and the 'brass' links are a little tarnished. I took it to my dry cleaner to see if it could be cleaned but he said no because of the leather base. He advised me to clean with a damp cloth.

I wondered if anyone had any advice on how to clean the material?

Grateful for any help
