Talking It puts the lotion on the skin!

Ok - I know that is from the "Joe Dirt" movie, but I couldn't resist.

Several of you know just how much I have sought after the 2005 tie-dye green/purple python Rianne. I had pretty much given up on this bag. Then thanks to a lovely tPFer and sweet friend, I was given the opportunity to own this very bag.

Now as for the title of the thread... The bag was badly stained inside and had been around the block a few times. My friend gave Miss Rianne the DYO reptile treatment and cleaned the inside up. Took her a few hours. The bag made an amazing transformation. The skin is shiny and clean. The inside looks new. I am one lucky girl!
Miss Rianne...

I saw that bag on eBay and thought of you but by the time I went to tell you about it, the seller had ended the auction early....I was hoping you had gotten it! I know you've wanted it forever!

It looks beautiful....brand new! Enjoy her Miss Jburgh!!

See Muggles? Good things DO come to those who wait! I have faith that you'll find your EB Mahala as well!

Thanks girls!

DYO is the brand name of a conditioner for reptile skins. It is apparently vile, flammable, and smelly, but it works like magic. I need to buy some.

The Rianne is a smaller bag...smaller than a Maddy. I believe it was S/S 2005. It came in an orange tie-dye also.

Congrats Jburgh!!! Wow! So worth the wait! How lovely! So yes, is the Rianne a smaller bag? I haven't seen it IRL.

Oh and more info on DYO: The last time I ordered, the distributor told me the production plant of DYO blew up, so the product might (will) be discontinued. Well, we can always try eBay but it's sign we need to stock up. I got the big size. Just a heads-up for you all.
