Default Hello all...my first post
Hi everyone!

Thought I should take a moment and introduce myself. My name is Michele and I received my first Choo bag last week. It is the Maddy in Champagne. I've read some of the other posts about color transfer issues and such but so far no issues here and I am in love with the bag.

Also, I wanted to let you all know that just today they added the Maddy in Cognac to the sale section online to the Jimmy Choo site.

Hi MicheleS! Welcome to the land of Choo and for posting the latest from the sale. Wow. It's not only the Cognac, but the Bone and Plum. I'm very tempted...but I already bought 4. You think I'd be ready for a 5th???

Ok...the Ramona Coarse metallic suede, Malena/M Liquid patent and suede handbag, and the Liquid patent and suede handbag Mahala are one sale too! Goodness I thought my obssession was over till the next sale. *sigh* I need to be Some of these are great for fall.

It does seem like it is downhill from here. Two Choo handbags in the last two weeks...could be the sign of a serious problem.

I just keep telling myself they were on sale...How could I possibly pass them up?

Welcome to forum. I feel weird about the new items on sale. Espcially the cognac Maddy/Mahala. I have looked at that bag for a very long time. Even before I joined the forum I looked at that colour and thought it looked like a great automn bag and now it is super cheap all of a sudden. But that would mean 3 bags in a month!!! and that is just somehow and I sort of see how the people working at Jimmy Choo would see my name having purchased stuff again and then they would think weirdly of me as well All though surely they must have people who go nuts shopping with them other than me

Ok. I keep looking at the Choo site and I'm the Maddy on sale. I'm virtually-purchasing one but can't decide. Which one would you gals choose: Bone, Plum, or Cognac?

When I got to the JImmy Choo site this morning the only Maddy that I saw available was the cognac; the bone was marked as "sold out" and the plum was just blank on the dropdown.

I cannot wait to get my Maddy in cognac. :-)

Oh, c'mon now, Casey at the Chicago Choo is the godmother of my first born, lol! Seriously though, many of the Choo reps are just as excited about the bags as we are.

As for the sales...many brands do have sales and others don't. Some people feel that a sale devalues a brand. If I think a bag won't make it to sale time, I will pay full price. But sometimes I'm wrong...it's the chance you take. I just got the Ink Ramona because I figured it would be sold out soon...who knows.

Welcome MicheleS...I saw that bag IRL and I think the cognac is gorgeous! I am on a ban again, tho. And I want to see that new purple Monna IRL.
