Hi everyone!
I am looking to buy my first ever Choo purse and would love some opinions. I tried doing a search on here for the Rhea but had no luck....is that just not a very popular style? I was also eyeing the Rosalie, which I love as well, just having trouble deciding between the two. I definitely would like to keep it in this approximate price range....not more than $1500 or so. This will be an everyday bag for me, and I think both are roomy enough but not too big, right? I've never seen them in person. If anyone would like to share their thoughts and/or pictures I'd really appreciate that!
And then of course, I will have to decide on the color as well......

There have been problems with the Rosalie...not sure if the Rhea would have the same issues but it might if the handles attach to the bag in the same way. There is a thread about it here somewhere.

There have been lots of Rosalie issues, but I think they have been resolved now (I could be wrong).
I bought one of the older one's on ebay for $750, the handle had split slightly, so I super glued it and haven't had an issue since! I mainly wear my Rosalie crossbody or on my shoulder with the strap. I love her, but not as much as my Riki.

If you want a roomier bag, what not try Ramona? She's next on my list! Riki and Ramona are Choo classics that will stand the test of time (IMHO!)

If you are worried about the quality issues then I'd buy one from Nordies, much easier to accept a return than JC.

Thanks for the input so far ladies. I stopped into Saks on my way home yesterday to see if they had anything...our Saks is tiny tiny and doesn't have much at all! This was my first time seeing these bags in person. They had 4 or 5 Rosalies, but the ones I saw I didn't care for too much as they seemed really really stiff and bulky. Is that just the way they are? Or is it just they type of material I wonder? They also had one Rhea in a snakeskin print, which I thought was so nice and soft and lightweight. Out of the 2 I am definitely leaning more towards the Rhea after that brief experience. I would still love to read a little more about it but I don't see anything on this forum about it. Again...is it just not a popular style? Or maybe I don't know how to do a proper search

There is not much here about the newer Choo bags...not sure why as they seem to be selling very well. This forum has just slowed so much in the last year or so...

Ahhhh, I see. Well, I think I'm gonna bite the bullet and order a black moc croc rhea sometime this week. Gotta start somewhere I guess

Did it arrive? I really like the Rhea, trouble is I have a few Ramonas and the 2 styles are similar enough to me that I cannot justify buying one.

Yes actually it arrived earlier this week. It's a gorgeous bag but I've been a bit indecisive about it only because of the size....it's a little bigger than what I'm used to carrying. So I've been kind of carrying it around here and there to make sure it fits with me before making a decision about keeping it. So far so good...it's totally growing on me! I will post pics soon and let u guys know my final decision. Thanks again for all the advice!!
