The seller says it is "Authintic." Not the same as authentic. I hate seeing these types of misspelling. I can hear it now... "This bag isn't authentic!" then "I didn't say it was authentic, I said authintic." Besides...you'll never find a newly released $1625.00 bag for that price.

I e-mailed the seller to ask for better pics and they replied they would post...never did. Also acted offended when I asked if they had a receipt. Hmmm...I wouldn't have bought it!

That's good to know.
What did they say to act offended about the receipt?
How was the spelling in their email?
Their history is automobile sales.
Could be a guy or his girlfriend, kwim?

It will be interesting - sometimes the newbie Sellers end up legit and a score to be found
At least they don't have multiples of designer bags.

^^It could have been someone who just wanted to get rid of it (sorry, can't say I blame 'em! ). I don't know, I know I'm in the minority here, but to me it looks like it may have been the real deal. Anyone else think it may have been authentic or do you all think totally fake?

Regardless of authenticity, not a color I could ever pull off myself. And then patent besides....wow. A bit too "look at me" for me. :blink:

I know the Ring came out in this same color, and trust me, you girls won't be hearing about me adding to my collection of Rings with that one!

It's too bad the seller didn't add more photos, he could have gotten a lot more for the bag if his photos showed positively that it was authentic. Because even at the price it went for, if it is a fake, that's waaay to much to pay for a fake! But hopefully someone got a great deal!

Update on the yellow patent Rio bag.
Seller said roommate took bag with her to Vegas for New Year's.
Bottom line is she will check it out Sunday as it is no longer brand new.
I had with-held payment until hearing from her and am glad I did.
Sounds like young students unsure of what they are doing and she really needed the money.
I have already said I may not purchase as no longer as described.
She totally agreed.
My gut says it is authentic.
Not sure what I will do next.

Mewlicious, I have a black marin and I would say they are both fakes. The zippers on the real one do not look like the ones on ebay. Sorry
