1 & 2 are for sure FAKE, #3 looks to be food on the gold locking closure font/placement, but the lilac tag has the wrong font. It could be the angle of the photo, but I would still hold off on the bag. I know this person sells a lot of JC bags, and that makes me wonder as well. If you are still interested in the bag, I would ask for more photos of the interior tag.

[quote=beautifulbasics;4553306]Hello,

Help, please!

I thought possibly you ladies (and gents) could assist me with this one. I purchased the corresponding Jimmy Choo handbag. It has been quite sometime since the transaction; I have not received the handbag and attempted to contact the seller numerous times with no response. I just opened a Paypal dispute today, should I escalate?

I am posting within this thread because...for some reason, I remember seeing these pics within another auction prior! I thought maybe I was wrong and bid, but something told me not to....I did anyway and am now regretting my decision! Were these stolen pics...do you all remember this bag or these pics? This was my very first Jimmy Choo handbag purchase and I am pretty upset about the whole thing.

Thank you within advance for any assistance you can provide. Happy Holidays!

UPDATE

Hello, After no response to numerous eBay messages and a telephone call; The seller escalated the dispute stating she mailed the item and provided a USPS tracking number. According to records at www.usps.com the corresponding tracking number provided was for a delivery to a residence at XXXXXXXXX, MS 39232. Upon my eBay Order Details and Paypal address, which are predetermined at the time payment is processed and can't be changed, my confirmed delivery address is within XXXX, AZ XXXXXX. I do not live within Missouri and never have....I live in Arizona!

In addition, I have 100% positive feedback hundreds of transactions worldwide having never encountered such an issue. How do I respond and denote upon the escalated claim that the buyer shipped the item to XXXXXXX, MS 39232 and not to me within XXXX, AZ 85201. There is no where allowing me to click and respond. Please advise! Is there anyway for me to fax Paypal the printed off delivery confirmation I see online for the tracking number the seller provided showing it was delvered to MS and not AZ; and fax the eBay order details clearly stating my address in AZ? Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Happy Holidays.

p.s. So sorry for continuing to post within the Jimmy Choo thread...should I open a new thread wihtin the eBay forum...terribly sorry for the inconvenience!

UPDATE....again (sorry!)

I am furious. I just now re-read the delivery confirmation and it states the bag was accepted at that address, not delivered there...so sorry! MS is where the buyer is...now I have a whole other problem.

I filed the Paypal dispute on Dec 4, 2007...guess what, the buyer shipped the item on Dec 5, 2007! Yes, one day after I files the dispute she ships the bag. What a joke! (JM, at least she shipped it I guess).....I bought this bag on Nov 13, 2007 and paid immediately. I do not want the bag now and am very upset (whew, I am trying to count to 10)...anyhow, now since she provided a tracking number to Paypal and a response stating "buyer isn't patient, I shipped the bag, just wait"....I look like the jerk...I think it looks awful to Paypal and that is not right! I have been waiting and she has not communicated back or responded until now, then she ships the back the next day after I file the dispute...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I do NOT want the bag...help! Can I just deny delivery? Most of my packages are dropped at the apartment office...........I am so mad!

Hey thanks Robyn! I've submitted my best offer to her. Hi ilove2shop, if you are looking at this thread, please please do consider my offer. I love your bag and I did state that I'd want to get from you if you are 'seriously' selling yours, remember??

I think the bag looks awfully used (not gently) and I would be a little wary of the sellers feedback. The bag looks like it is authentic, but I am not as familiar with the Ross, so you might want some other members opinions.

Here is MHO: The basic indicators for the bag seem authentic. And the Ross is a great style. It was definitely used a lot more than indicated and not well taken care of. The bottom is really dirty. Dark green greasy looking spots do not give it character. I do not believe the Ross was $2700, either. Then there is the feedback...three negatives out of 29. You cannot read feedback anymore if they are over 90 days old...I really hate that! And why is it on eBay UK if the seller is in the US? I wouldn't pay $400 for it. What if you cannot get the spots out? You could send it to LMB to be refurbished, and it will cost a couple hundred dollars. Too many negatives for me. I'd pass.

Thanks for your input I think I was just bewitched by the colour. I wouldn't mind it was a bit well worn if I could get it cheap but it has attracted a few bids now and does seem to have a big ugly spot on the front which is in 2 of the pictures.

If you like the boxy shape in turquoise, Balenciaga has a Twiggy in turquoise for S/S 2008. Check out the bbag forum.

Just mho, the ribbon looks wrong to me. And there was something else that looked off but I can't seem to find it now. ergh...

There's also a Jimmy Choo in similar though more aquamarine color from the Tulita line at Yoox.
