Who would use a box cutter to open high end handbags? That is just crazy! I would have been so upset! I guess there is nothing you can do about the store reselling, tho. At least we all know not to buy it!

I wonder the same thing. I fully concur ~ they shouldn't sell products in this condition.

I asked myself this same question. They did tell me that they receive bags from other boutiques and turn around and sell them. For me, this begs the question as to how the bags are shipped and protected to ensure they are not damaged in transit or when the box is opened.
