Default Smudged/scratched my new Riki!
Ive only been using my new black Riki since Christmas and I already have a large smudge/scratch on the closing strap. Its not so much a scratch in the leather as I guess it is just a leather smudge that looks like a gray line. Its pretty large and obvious and Ive been so careful with my bag, I dont know it got there
I tried to just wipe it out with a cloth and a bit of water, but it wont go away! Does anyone know if these will come out? and how?
I know the plain leather scratches and shows marks more easily than other leathers, but if it already has such a large mark after only a week, Im afraid to know what it will look like after several months! Can anyone help?

Can you post a picture? Did you try Coach leather conditioner. The Cadillac brand is good, too.
