Default JC Repairs ?
Just wondering how any of you get bags repaired that you bought from a JC boutique? I am going on eight months waiting for a part for my togo. I called my SA and she apologized but said JC is actually running over a YEAR behind in providing replacement heels and parts for shoes.

To pay this kind of money and be getting this lousy service (from JC not the SA) is unacceptable to me. From what the SA said, a lot of people are in the same boat and I just have to wonder what gives? When other designers offer free repairs, but JC will not even give you a part within a year for your shoe or bag or whatever, it just makes me shake my head.

Wow! I can't help you but I'd like to Thank You for the heads up! My SA is always telling me to bring in my shoes and bags and they will send them out for repair and I was just about to send her some boots. I may reconsider. How can they justify a year?

Wow, that is not good. I have a bag with a missing piece as well. I have been too lazy to even ask about repairs, tho. I guess I better get going so I can have it by next winter!
