Sorry if this is a repeat post, but I haven't found it asked that I see. I LOOOVE my black riki bag, but it's getting worn, especailly the piping on the bottom, the leather is coming off. Can I send it to Jimmy Choo or someone who does this kind of thing, fix the worn areas so it looks new again? Or maybe I'd just do better just buying another one? I've had it maybe 4 or 5 years.

Someone else just got a quote from Choo to replace the snakeskin piping on her Ramona so it sounds like they will do this.

Yes, that was me I took my bag to the Choo boutique in Atlanta while I was home on holiday. The manager said that she had the same bag refurbished for about $500-$600. But they also wanted proof that I purchased the bag from their store. I proceeded to get quotes from the well known bag spas, and all were in the same price range. I decided to bring the bag back to Europe with me and try my luck. While Jimmy Choo in Europe wasn't able to replace the snakeskin piping, they did replace the piping with leather to match the rest of the bag. They did a great job!
