Hmm. Getting a bit nervous. I ordered my bag on April 29. It's been five weeks today. I have not received preview pics, nor can I get a response to my email inquiring about my order. Does anyone know what is going on? Are they particularly bogged down with orders this time of year? I've only been dealing with Maria via email. I have already paid off my credit card for the handbag. Seriouisly, this makes me very nervous.

So sorry to hear that, supersatie. Maybe do the Live Chat with Maria when she gets on. I know I have emailed several times with no response, and was only able to get my answers through the Live Chat. I ordered May 1st and just got preview pics Friday, but have heard nothing about the tracking info. Looks like I'll be stalking the Ignes site today, waiting for her to get online.

I wouldn't be overly nervous. It took them about 6 1/2 weeks for my order to arrive to me and I didn't get preview pics until SHORTLY before it was sent. Not sure about the email response, I sent an email to Maria sometime last week, then received a follow-up email yesterday. I'd check the website to see if she's on live chat periodically (which I found was the best way to get in contact with her). They did have a HUGE sale in April, and those ladies have just now started receiving their confirmations. HTH!

Maybe Maria has been busy lately because I received my bag for a week now but still have not received the preview photos that I asked for.

Hmm, I noticed it took a day or so to get a response back to an email earlier this week. I wonder if she is bogged down (and maybe cursing herself for taking on Ignacio's load of email duty!!).

I wouldn't be too worried about the bag, but I would definitely chat with her, and mention that you were emailing with no answers....I don't think they should get in the habit of that! (but then, I'm impatient. Polite, but impatient).

Her email sometimes fills up and they may not have gone through. I had this happen with her during the handbag design contest. I would email again in addition to looking for her on the live chat.

My bags arrived last week from an early/mid April order. Pretty sure things are backed up a little bit.

I did hear back from Maria. I guess it's been sent to the US without any preview pics taken. Bummer. I really enjoyed seeing everyone elses!

My bags were delayed this week. They were shipped out last friday, I thought, and should be reaching me by saturday, but there was a shipping delay with DHL. Maybe this shipping delay is affecting you, too.
