LMAO...I can see Ignacio mentoring him now... "The No Cute..." now that would be a cute bag name.

And doesn't he look just like Lohan in that pic? Well, except she had more clothes on, didn't she?

Oooooooooooooooooooo, Euridice, putty accordion...

That's perfectly understandable, Linda! I don't think I've paid regular retail price for any of my bags. In fact, I'd go so far to say that part of my enjoyment of my bags is the knowledge that I got them for a bargain. The hunting and stalking is part of the fun. Good luck in catching your Kooba on sale!

I have started to plan my next customised bag with Alexandra de Curtis of Alexandra Bee. They do not have as many leather choices as Ignes and only 3 lining choices-
1. Beige wipe-clean nylon/cotton fabric with 8 interior pockets
2. Tan leather with one large zippered pocket and one cell phone pocket
3. Biscuit suede with one large zippered pocket and one cell phone pocket (the most luxurious and delicate of the 3 options).
But knowing how much you enjoy customised bags too, thought I would share this info. She is very lovely and gets back to you immediately. I already own one bag from them but I bought it in the shop so did not get customisation options. Currently there is a sale, but if you customise, you pay the full price. So maybe wait for their new leathers to come after the sale.

During the weekend, I did go and do some retail therapy- in the name of bringing back my good bag karma! And I got this from Storksak. They have pink, blue, cream and tan. And I really wanted the pink, the cream and the blue too! Just thought I need a grey bag to replace my gunmetal Sofia. And I can always get the pink in spring

No, not pregant, not even planning on having a kid any time soon. This will be my weekend, gym or laptop travel bag for now. I have no ideas why I have been attracted to nappy bags lately. Crazy things I do when I need new bags or just want more bags...

Green Pixie - great Coach bag! I am liking their new styles.

No Cute - nice bag! Love the color! And your son is quite the bag enthusiast!

Good to get some retail therapy!! Cute bags. And thanks for the tip on Alexandra Bee, always fun to learn of designers and companies! I hope you hear from Ignacio today....I would shoot him another email just inquiring, but I know everyone else tends to be more patient than I am!

No, I think I have less patience than you. Although, I describe myself as soemone with the patience of a gnat.

I haven't heard anything on the chiara bottom issue since last wednesday, and while I know he is traveling and busy, others are getting replies so I emailed him again. If it hadn't been a seven week wait just to find out it was defective, I might be more accomodating, but the lack of response is rather annoying at this point.

Again, I am sure he will handle it, but waiting is not my strong point.

I'm glad you emailed him. I just suggested that on another thread.

I haven't heard from Ignacio either in a while Lionlaw! It is kind of tough sometimes to be patient when you see others getting replies. :)

To answer the question on the Gaby - I'm not sure if I'm still going to get it or not, honestly. I'm still waiting to hear from Ignacio as mentioned above on some questions I had about the leathers, on the bordeaux etc. In the meantime it's obvious my eye is wandering, hopefully I'll get back into it again once I hear back from him.

I still do very much want that Kooba but I'd like to waiit until I know I can pay cash for it and it and will not have to charge it. I let my excitment over the bag get away from me and jumped the gun, lol. Hopefully it will still be available when I'm ready to buy it! I'm trying to do the responsible thing....but it's hard.

Linda
ps - No Cute, that reveal was a riot!

Thanks! I know he will get to me, I just dont like waiting.

The wait on just to order the ostrich is killing me!! My eyes are wondering. My palms are sweating.. I see the light at the end of the tunnel .. ...

(well they are the shopping mall lights, but you get the idea).

I have $2k set aside for my planned bags, but I see a Bottega I like so it is like all I can do to not press the order button at this point.

I have the patience of a gnat and no self-control or willpower. I am weak.

Lionlaw, your post made me laugh! But I can so relate to it!! I have been giving Ignes my max. patient level and really surprised myself I actually have that in me! haha I can't help but buy more- I am a bag addict and I see no cure. Bottega makes one of the best/classic bags and you can carry it for years year years to come.
