Thanks!! you really think they can be neutrals?? Really?? That is very cool!!

I am so curious about the burned orange!! I was bummed that regular orange was out of stock, but this promises to go past summer on into fall, I think!!!

I had to have a clutch in a pow! kind of neony color!!!

Thanks, starkfan!! I love all the Mini bags. It was fun making the lining choices, at least they have some nice colors if I can't afford suede on top of all this!!!

Lovely, lovely choices, every single one!!!

But the burnt orange leather has me in a lather, I love it. It looks perfect in the Chiara style! And I like your idea about summer vs. fall/winter wear for your bags -- makes perfect sense to me!

YES! Very much so.

Turquoise has been "in" for so long, it has become a wardrobe staple. Ever since Ralph Lauren started using Turquoise in everything, it has become a versatile color. It is what Stacy and Clinton call a pseudo-neutral. It can be worn with almost anything. I don't own a Turquoise bag, but I have several pieces of jewelry in it and I wear it with tans, browns, blacks, blues (especially navy - navy and Turquoise is so nice) and whites. Try it with summer greens or deep reds for a POP (just keep everything else simple and shoes in neutral metallic, tan or brown - try (1) red sweater, linen skirt, and Turq bag; (2) white t-shirt, yellow broomstick skirt and Turq bag; (3) purple tank-top, white or khaki shorts and Turq bag).

I think Teal is also a pseudo-neutral - perfect with Jeans and any color top. The color is also dark enough (from the pictures) to be worn well with heavier-weight fall clothing. Burnt Orange is in the brown family to me, so looks good with almost anything (other than bright red or pink, which I think would be too much).

Soft Maize looks tannish, which is obviously neautral.

And that yellow patent! Dreamy. Perfect with anything summery. It is so bold and shiny that it can be worn with anything summer casual. It will steal the show every time. Heck, pull it out of your Turq bag and women near you may faint.

I hope you get a lot of use out of these and enjoy them.

WOW! What great ideas and information. I didn't realize Stacey and Clinton said that about turquoise. Well, I have ventured to wear orange a little because Clinton said it highlights blue eyes, so I'll take their word for it on the turquoise!!

Yes, I did think of the soft maize as almost tan or creamish in hue. I can't wait to start getting more creative with my color combos. Only recently I was having a block about getting a cobalt bag (never had a qualm about bright kelly green, though, so don't know why the mental block on cobalt). Just think of all the possibilities now!!

Oh, I don't want to mislead you. I don't know if Stacy and Clinton ever said that specifically Turquoise is a pseudo-neutral. I have heard them describe blue and green shades as that though. However, based on what they consider that term to mean, and the use of Turquoise more and more by designers in different ways, I think it is a pseudo neutral. Not that my opinion is the end-all and be-all. But definitely give it a try! When I get something new at home, I go through my whole closet trying on different combos. And I have learned a lot about color combos and prints from WNTW and Tim Gunn!

Now I want to go shopping.

AAh, thanks for the clarification, but I see what you mean about Stacey and Clinton even if they literally didn't say that.

Euridice, what a haul! I love the color combo of your Luka! And your Petra is pretty and ladylike. I have a Tano in a color similar to your Chaira, and it goes with almost anything. It's a great versitile color.
