ordering a balloon bouquet for Ignes BagTrends event

OK ladies ~ I have great news!!!

First, I called BagTrends and spoke with Pamela, to find out the best way/time to have a balloon bouquet delivered to Ignacio/Ignes. Pamela told me they will start setting up between 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm, and that the best time for delivery is between 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm, because anything after will be too chaotic with all else they have to do before the event officially starts at 6:00 pm. Oh yeah, each brand has a table ~ no booths.

The balloons will be delivered to Pamela on behalf of Ignacia/Ignes, and she will surprise both Ignacio and Chiara. Pamela knows both Maria and Ignacio and is familiar with Ignes, so this works out great for us!!! Also, Pamela is very excited about our gesture here and thought we are family ~ I told her we are ~ we're the Ignes family on tPF!!!

So, of the three balloon delivery services I called (i.e., NY Balloon & Basket, Balloon Saloon, and Balloon Bouquets of NY), NY Balloon & Basket will absolutely guarantee delivery within this one-hour timeframe. Balloon Bouquets cannot as they are already booked. Balloon Saloon is pretty sure, although they were not nearly as helpful as NY Balloon & Basket.

I spoke with Jane at NY Balloon & Basket about another bouquet and really love how we can personalize it (which is what Ignacio does for us with our handbags/clutches on a regular basis): http://www.nyballoonandbasket.com/in...ROD&ProdID=682

This bouquet is $69.95 and the fee for guaranteed on-time delivery is $35. With tax, the total is $113.75 and includes:
- 36" round latex write-on ~ meaning, they will write our personal message on this balloon, which will be at the very top of the bouquet (in place of the mylar balloon shown)
- 6x rainbow airspray 16" latex w/ hi-float (these can last up to 6 weeks)
- 2x 18" mylar star-shaped: You're Awesome & You're Terrific (these can last a couple weeks)
- bouquet is at least 8' tall

So, are we willing to pay a bit more for a 3' balloon we can personalize? Delivery charge will remain the same to ensure on-time delivery.

I think we should emphasize our new tPF Ignes Designer Forum, as we're the ones (not tPF as a whole) who Ignes & Ignacio.

I think "tPF", "Ignes Designer Forum", and "customization" should be on the balloon. This informs everyone at the BagTrends Arm Candy event that we collectively love and support Ignes/Ignacio as well as what he does for us. My $.02 for what it's worth.

frangelica, the large balloon has a 36" diameter. This said, the message can wind around the balloon (or not). Also, we can use a instead of "loves", and an "&" instead of "and". Here's a couple of examples:

Depends on which we place greater emphasis, on the brand or Ignacio or vice versa.
