My #1 answer for nice but not crazy expensive and in a central location in Vegas- The Flamingo

I got married at The Paris but did pics at Paris, Bellagio (was a fall wedding , see the apples behind us?) and Flamingo. I HAD to have pics w/ Flamingos (just like Nick Rhodes wedding in the 80's - you all know how I love Duran Duran)

I also HAD to do the pic w/ Welcome to Las Vegas sign!

here is the website NBL-

I have to sign off now.... an interview to get ready for at 4pm and praying my black suit still fits...

I did find out from Maria/ Ignes that they will not do 35% off for the makeup bag preorder- it will be 7"x4"x2" .
They will do 20% off the $45 if we preorder... it is still in the pre production stage so no pics.

I think I'm going to eat a reeses peanut butter cup now- I eat when I am nervous.
This is the best forum ever and I really like you gals, nicest bunch of peeps ever!

Wow D!

First off, you are a beautiful bride.
Your dress looks so pretty! You look so happy!
I love looking at wedding pics :)

B) Love the flamingos - so fun and kitschy.

3) I couldn't get the last three pics to enlarge.

Hi Nocute, welcome back. Not doing anything... I MUST remember how it was... and holiday cocktails , always the best ones!

Thanks girls ( and matt) for all the vegas info. will check flamingo, I would like to be in the middle of the strip, but only have 80$ per room to use ( agreement between both of the 4 of participants, I would love to go to the bellagio, but...), I will try to get the best deal for this price!

I think I will be wowing around both grand canyon and shops. I will try to do some shopping ( I have already located vegas BV), but my DH and my friends dont understand my shopping addiction, so I dont think they will agree about spending time in shops. When we arrive at NY we have agreed to spend some time, because everybody buys something in NY.
If i can i will get a big cocktail and think about you Irainei!

Hi NC! Glad vacation was fun!

So funny- I went to Vegas in law school- so not into bags at that time. I didn't even go into any bag/accessories stores at all! I thought $50 was a ton to spend on a bag- but, I was also living on about $8k per year too! I had literally no money at all...

I too laughed at $50 for a bag just a couple of years ago. Sad!

NBL, I liked the Grand Canyon personally! Dh and I went and it was so beautiful! It was mind boggling to try to grasp the immense size of it! We were there on a perfect day so could really see alot! And shopping is always good! LOL!

All I can say is the first time I ever walked down to the Bottom and stuck my feet in that freezing cold Colorado River and looked up was the first time I ever realized how huge and Beautiful the canyon really was! (I grew up in Phoenix Az.)
No Place on earth like it!
