Default Look what Ignacio had made for my MS!
I think I have mentioned before that the straps on my Mini Sophia tend to slip off my shoulder and I am always hiking them back up. I seem to have this problem with all double strap bags and perhaps I have malfunctioning shoulder blades or something.

So after reading a thread on TPF about getting your straps to stay put I asked Ignacio if they could make up something I could wrap around my straps that would be in suede so they would not slip off. He told me he'd think of something and would be happy to help, I offered to pay for it but he did not charge me. Well, just yesterday I got this attachment in the mail - the raspberry leather on one side and suede on the other, it has snaps so that I can wrap it around my handles and snap it on. I took it for a test drive today while grocery shopping (lots of bending forward) and it worked like a charm!!

I've never experienced such amazing customer service before, how cool is that!

Linda

hi Linda, as i asked him for a piece of leather to keep the shouder straps atached and you asked for a piece of suede, I think is just the way to keep everyone happy. Is a good idea! I hope mine ( silver in blue leather) will be so beautiful as yours!

I am sure it will be! If I order another double strap bag that has flat handles I will have a patch of suede placed on the underside of each one to solve this issue, in the meantime this is a good solution.

What a great item! How much does something like that run? Is there a list of prices for treats like that? Along with tassles and such? Beautiful!

Ignacio is so nice! I don't ever really get the warm and fuzzies from spending money, but I don't mind giving it to Ignes, if that makes sense. I feel like they really do care about their customers and their product, which I can't say for so many companies.
