I read Tuesday on the email too! It states "until Tuesday night" in the newsletter, so that ought to be the deadline they stick to, right?

(Gah! Another 24 hours for me to resist ordering something! My resolve has been steadily weakening all weekend too... *gulp*)

Ooh, that would be very nifty... Maybe it's too much of a programming/technical nightmare to try and do that, though? I'm not sure that a website could do that kind of on-the-fly colour changes like that, which might mean that they'd have to Photoshop every single style in every single leather, which could be a big headache! I know the Ignes Elite site kind of does that, but the range of colours available per style on Ignes Elite is also much narrower...

Plus, the photoshopped ones weren't very accurate at all in some cases. They could also take pictures of previous bags that were made in such colors, lol.

LOL, yeah, that might help a little, but I wonder if there have been enough bags made in enough colours for that to be significant enough? Plus, I don't think they could use all the pics that they have (from production pics etc) if there were customisations made to the bags, like altered strap drops or changed handles etc, KWIM? Maybe they can eventually sort something out!

MAria did say something about extending the sale 1 day, so it was probably originally announced as ending Monday but then she said that she was going to send a newsletter and that it would be fair to give an extra day since she didn't send the newsletter right away...

UPDATE: Maria has said that if you are waiting for a response from her, don't worry, you will still get the sale price even if you order after the deadline since she hasn't got back to you yet. She is very busy right now and working through the emails and inquiries.

The sale officially ends tomorrow night at Midnight U.S. time.

Thank you girls for the wb's :) It was a lot easier being away from the forum and not knowing what was new to resist buying. Sort of like staying away from stores and not seeing new items thus being able to resist impulses.

Does anyone have both the tinted wine and royal purple? I'm curious about the feel and look of both of the leathers up close.

I have tinted leathers (not wine but choco) and a royal purple wristlet. The royal purple is veiny and distressed sort fo like a bbag. The tinted leather is more smooth and soft, although royal purple is also soft.

The tinted leathers are more indestructible imo.

Thanks for the info :) I do like the distressed bbag look, but do you think the royal purple would age in a bad way? And just because I have to ask, which one smells better?
